這個酒店是我們住過最差勁的酒店沒有之一。我們到武漢的時候正是降温的這幾天，晚上到樓下跟前台溝通説加床被子，結果被告知不能加每個房間衹有一床被子。後來在我們打400電話投訴到城市便捷酒店的總部後等到夜裡十一點半才讓保安給送了被子。衞生間裏沒有香皂或肥皂人家給配了個洗衣粉包，但是我們屋裡的是個用過的，淋浴間裏的洗頭水也已經沒有了，咱們服務員難道每天不更換嗎？領導也不檢查嗎？我們是下午四點才入住的怎麼也有時間更換新品吧。
再説一下酒店的拖鞋，衹有卧室拖鞋沒有浴室拖鞋，打電話到前台告訴怕互相傳染，一次性的卧室拖鞋可以多給幾雙，難道你們真的不知道洗澡時候穿那樣的拖鞋很滑嗎？而且濕漉漉的拖鞋穿着也很不舒服！
最後吐槽一下酒店門口停車費，如圖所示我停在你們酒店門口告訴我需要交30元停車費還必須是現金！好好查一下武漢市人民政府的紅頭文件：停車場最高收費不能超過25元，街道停車白天最高6元夜晚一次8元你們酒店這麼收費何來的標準也沒有發票或收據！

1️⃣這個房間非常的不隔音！旁邊的人收外賣你會聽的非常的清楚。
2️⃣沒有衣櫃來掛衣服，光給了幾個衣架。
3️⃣房間的價格相對來説還是很划算的
