Later, after we called 400 to complain to the headquarters of City Convenience Hotel, we waited until 11:30 at night for the security guard to deliver the quilt. There was no soap or soap in the bathroom. People provided a washing powder bag, but the one in our room was used, and the shampoo in the shower room was gone. Don’t our waiters change it every day? Don’t the leaders check it? We checked in at 4 pm, so how can we have time to replace new products? Let’s talk about the hotel’s slippers. There are only bedroom slippers but no bathroom slippers. I called the front desk and told them that they were afraid of mutual infection. Disposable bedroom slippers can be given a few more pairs. Don’t you really know that wearing such slippers when taking a bath is very slippery? And wet slippers are also very uncomfortable to wear! Finally, I want to complain about the parking fee at the hotel entrance. As shown in the picture, I parked at the entrance of your hotel and told me that I need to pay 30 yuan for parking and it must be in cash! Check the official document of Wuhan Municipal People's Government carefully: the maximum parking fee cannot exceed 25 yuan, the maximum street parking fee is 6 yuan during the day and 8 yuan at night. How can your hotel charge such a standard? There is no invoice or receipt! Look at the attention caused by Harbin Hotel because of the extra quilt. The hotel in every city is a window industry and is the key to the first impression of tourists!

It's an old house in an old district with a poor surrounding environment. Apart from being close to the pedestrian street, it has no other advantages.

The location is good. 1️⃣ This room is not soundproof! You can hear the people next to you receiving takeout very clearly. 2️⃣ There is no wardrobe to hang clothes, only a few hangers. 3️⃣ The price of the room is relatively affordable
