特價房真的很划算，唯一不方便的衹有衞生間實在太小了，兩平米的地方裝進了蹲廁，洗手枱，淋浴，有些擁擠，無處下腳。但是性價比真的很高，有空調，電視也是比較好的，這是最大的驚喜，性價比真的很高。

離漢口站不是很遠，步行約10分鐘吧，旁邊也有地鐵口，有空調但是不給遙控器，剛好遇到武漢降温，睡了一晚真的凍到我了，主要是酒店房間類型介紹裏是有空調的。也是，確實有空調，但是不給你遙控器。。。。

房間有窗，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，空調製冷效果好，熱水的温度適宜，最主要是老闆熱心腸，要求延遲到一點鐘退房，爽快答應。

從重慶出發到武漢，到達漢口站已經晚上12點了。本來一個人來考試就有點擔憂，害怕安全出現問題。來到這家賓館之後，真的感覺像家裡一樣，房東待客熱情，服務態度非常好，WiFi網速特別快。安全也周到。住宿的賓館內部衞生條件好，價格低廉。特別適合像我們這種參加碩士或者博士複試的同學，安全有保障，而且價格很低。像我這種學生，沒有多少資金，所以特別適合住這樣性價比非常高的房子。下了漢口站之後，走六分鐘左右就可以到住的地方，也不是非常吵，出行特別方便，下面就是地鐵站。然後晚上睡覺的時候也挺安靜的，他就是公寓裏面，所以安靜、衞生，還安全。這麼好的房子，推薦給各位。下面買早餐，買吃的東西特別的方便，電梯速度也比較快。總之還是非常滿意的。若下次有機會來武漢，在漢口站下車，還會考慮再次預訂。祝福熱心的房東身體健康，萬事如意！

老闆和服務員心口不一，服務員特別差勁，這是住很多年酒店，出差第一次遇見這樣的，退房的頭一晚，服務員大姐跟***似的，明天幾點退房就開始問時間，告訴正常12點退，結果，第二天早上，8點鐘開始敲門問退房，有房客等房了，瑪德，你家再火，也不至於趕顧客吧！！！*****蛋
