在地鐵站交通特別方便，想去什麼地方，直接上地鐵直接到達，價格也特別實惠80元住上了1米5的大床房，設施也很齊全，環境衞生也可以，蠻乾淨的，缺點是與大酒店，高檔的酒店有區別，有差距，但是這個價格對我來説特別划算，實惠，住得也很舒服。

優點：
1 價格比較便宜。
2 離地鐵站非常近，下樓就是古田2路地鐵站，走路不超過1分鐘，附近坐地鐵一站到凱德廣場。
3 附近早餐店很多，價格也不高
缺點：
1 如圖1所示，設備損壞，5個插座衹有一個可以方便使用，牆上的4個可能是開孔位置不對的原因，使用起來非常難。
2 如圖2，3，4所示，客房衞生環境較差，蜘蛛網很多，衞生間洗手池漏水，入住時馬桶上居然還有一根不可名的毛髮。
3 如圖5所示，客房亮度很低，如果房間沒有窗户的話，即使燈光全開，依然會比較暗。
補充：不知道是不是酒店管理方面的問題，我已經在門上掛了 請勿打擾 的牌子，結果保潔員還是進來了，我掛不掛牌子毫無意義。不過保潔員還算負責，幫忙換了垃圾袋，放了新的廁紙。

設施：設施不完備，吹風機也是壞的。
衞生：衞生很差，很臟
環境：燈光很暗，而且一點都不隔音
服務：老闆脾氣不好，我退房還扣我違約費，但是平台上沒有這個説法，酒店也沒説提前退房要扣費，估計是看我一個人好欺負，反正忠心建議別去。

無語，要不是臨考試周邊的酒店訂滿了，也不會選這個，環境真的很很很一般，和網上宣傳照片嚴重不符，提前3天預訂了一晚，人還沒去酒店前台辦理入住，費用就先扣了，和攜程的先住後繳費不符，一進房間黴味很重，也不隔音，門關後還有個縫，燈光很暗，剛洗個手，洗手池就能漏一地水，頓時掉頭去別的酒店……花錢買教訓
