The room is clean and has no smell
The bath water is very comfortable, the temperature and water volume are very satisfactory
And the service is very considerate. The front desk and the aunt are very kind.

6樓客房位於一個破舊商場內，第一次見這種奇葩改造，人員很雜，半夜還有商場裝修施工的噪音。
1.隔音可以説沒有。隔壁説話的聲音、走廊行人的動靜聽得一清二楚，半夜3點被隔壁的電視聲吵醒去找保安敲門關小音量。
2.中央空調是擺設。3月27日武漢最高氣温15度，客服表示空調衹能送風，不能制熱，100元級別的酒店聽了都歎氣。
3.前台男性工作人員態度惡劣。還傘退按金（100元），因為沒有給任何按金憑證，我要求當場操作退款，對方頗不情願，説等統一退款，還抬高嗓子有要和我對峙的意思。我尋思一手退貨一手退錢並不過分，所以再三堅持，對方才無奈給退，全程也就10秒鐘的操作，我不知道這種事還要等什麼，等經理點頭嗎？
總之，這是一家砸招牌的酒店，建議大家預訂的時候慎重。
