The hotel room I was given was VERY DIRTY and dusty,the bathroom very dirty not clean found a lot of hair in the shower room and dirty,the floor mat very dirty and dusty

真的坑呀，剛進酒店門就很臟亂，屋子裡都沒打掃乾淨，早上不到八點就被吵醒，電鑽聲，砸牆聲，聲聲入耳，我真的會謝，睡個懶覺就這麼難嗎，這些還開什麼店，服了

服務：非常貼心，周到！看到我們帶有小朋友，老闆細心的幫我們補充了牙具和拖鞋，並且給我們安排了升級，讓我們舟車勞頓的身心得到了巨大得温暖！！！非常感謝！
設施：電視有很多節目都可以看，不用掃碼付款，值得一提的就是熱水！真的超級棒，奔波一天回去洗個熱水澡，非常解乏！
二十四小時免費洗衣烘乾服務:解決了洗大件衣服的問題，很方便！
這是一次很棒的遠行，希望有機會可以再來武漢！❤️

就在武漢大學小洪山地鐵A出口， 電梯上來過個人行橫道就到了， 房間很寬敞， 裝修很新，衞生環境也不錯， 但是早上七點鐘就敲門搞衞生，太早了，我們沒起來開門，阿姨自己開門進來，這一點不喜歡。 建議搞個免打擾之類的牌子掛門上

這個賓館的加錢看起來並不便宜，圖片乍一看也不錯，我看位置也行，稀裏糊塗就定了。
到酒店一看，我去，地毯像是八百年沒洗過，肉眼可見的色差。
浴巾和毛巾甚至像是濕的，根本不敢用。
空調遙控器居然是壞的。我用手機紅外功能開了空調，發現噪音巨大，最後把送風關了才安靜。
衞生條件屬實太惡劣了，真是踩了個巨坑。
