此店在居民小區內，周圍I日房翻修，需繞行找小區入口，周圍噪音大，旅館房間5平方左右，無窗，衹有一個噪音大的風扇，房間白天也是老黑一片，老闆服務態度有待提高，因本人有事未入住，經高議，也不肯退房租租，
