上白班的那個前台態度很差，辦理入住的時候沒一個笑臉，問了一個問題也很不耐煩，第二天到前台説要阿姨搞一下續住衞生，也不回我，就直接拿着對講機説去了，一臉不開心一樣的，怎麼？我欠了她錢？我又不是沒付房費！還有我白天退房的時候需要寄存行李，她的態度也不行❌很敷衍！這個前台做的是服務行業，怎麼是這個態度？不過我晚上去拿行李的時候，換了一個前台就很有禮貌，很親切，態度就非常好，和白天那位天壤之別。我當時是元旦的時候去武漢玩，就很影響我心情！我也不是惡意點評，真的是看不下去，希望酒店能嚴查！

酒店位置很好找，交通便利，房間也比較乾淨。和同學一起的特種兵旅遊，凌晨才到的酒店，前台服務很好。住了三天，滿意。武漢是很喜歡的城市，以後再來武漢還會考慮。

經濟實惠，服務很好，房間乾淨衞生，網速很快，位置很方便，離漢口火車站近，交通便利，看到了客房服務員做衞生時都有消毒，很安心。值得推薦的一家酒店

先説結論，別來。
客觀評價，21年無意在攜程上看到這個酒店，住過幾次，性價比很高，設施都比較新，乾淨衞生這次依舊選擇這家，一言難盡，首先洗手枱沒有香皂，以為忘放了給前台打電話被告知我們公司不配香皂，6，然後洗澡，兩瓶洗髮露沒有沐浴露打電話讓服務員送了，送的速度很快這點非常不錯，就事論事。第二天起床發現床上枕頭後面有鼻屎，明顯沒換枕套，瞬間把我噁心壞了，不知道當天值班經理怎麼查的房，你們家酒店枕套都不換就敢外賣?加店長微信，一些客套話後面就不怎麼回我了，回消息很慢很慢，最後問我想要怎麼解決，我是顧客你們作為商家不應該為我提供解決方案供我選擇嗎？搞不太懂，最後跟我説下次來住便宜30塊，這衞生條件誰敢來第二次?

離地鐵口挺近，酒店的服務還不錯，周邊是居民區，挺安靜的，就是這個酒店應該挺老的了，房間牆皮都裂開了，走廊地毯看起來挺臟的（圖文無關，來去匆匆，沒有拍照）
