房間是蠻好的，衞生沒什麼問題，而且老闆服務特別好，我們晚上才能到，老闆來主動聯繫我們，晚上十二點到的時候找不到酒店，給老闆發消息秒回，真的很贊👍🏻。
另外，來武漢過早可以直接在酒店附近找，有一家很好吃，可以問老闆，我去過之後覺得比山海關路過早要好，不用排隊。

老闆服務態度很不錯，很熱情。離地鐵站大概走路七八分鐘吧。但是兩三百的房間，確實不值。門口安全鏈是壞的，門的反鎖釦也是壞的，衞生間馬桶旁邊的紙巾架也是壞的，刷牙給的是一次性杯子，因為預訂了兩晚，第二天水都忘了給，雖然它衹是冰露。上面標的30多平，感覺也就20多平的樣子，設施很擠。一點也沒有安全感，真害怕晚上門開了

真的很OK服務拉滿了，位置很好找，上來之後去前台入住，前台的姐姐真的什麼能做的都幫到了，來之前在微信上介紹附近早餐和位置，最後走的時候車經過公寓樓，直接幫我們把行李送下來。趕上武漢馬拉松，交通亂七八糟的完全把行程打亂了，最後火急火燎的打車趕高鐵。多虧她送下來我們才剛好趕上高鐵。房間是很暖和床品乾淨，設備都是好用的，位置很好找，公交車站地鐵站都不遠，像我這種愛走的，早上散步也能到東湖邊梨園那。建議浴室可以裝個浴簾乾濕分離

訂了兩間房。房間舒適，床軟硬適中，床單被套什麼的也蠻乾淨。主要房間還有陽台，還可以洗衣服晾曬。
衞生：乾淨無異味
環境：温馨安靜入睡快。
服務：老闆果然人美心善，服務很好！
還有一點：空調使用是正常的
交通方面還可以。

武漢中心城區有很多這樣的公寓式酒店，沒有正式的大堂接待、房間位於高層、房間指引不是很明確。希望酒店越做越好吧，給幾點意見希望能夠重視：前台業務熟練度和規範度需提高，要麼發訊息在手機上要麼有個歡迎卡上面寫清房號退房時間WIFI連結等事項，房間水壺洗手盆水龍頭需安裝濾網以免水濺出來，一次性拖鞋要按標準配備兩雙，水壺結垢，電梯老化不能承重導致等待時間很長，既然是酒店可有在房間配一個電話機方便客人有需要聯繫前台。
