孩子中考住在這裏，服務員都很貼心，特地安排了靠小區的房間，還加了被子，花花姐還把自己的衣架借給我，入住快，又方便，希望孩子能考出好成績！

很不錯的一家店，入住時很貼心的送了地圖，小餅乾；還免費升級了零壓房，房間小而整潔，床單被罩好像是新的呢，他家後花園那個一片綠…早晨看到神清氣爽。可能是因為疫情又反覆了，居然贈送了獨立包裝的口罩。下次再來。

差評，差評，差評如下：
1.酒店設施老舊、空調聲音大、房間面積小，無地下停車場夏季、下雨有些不方便。
2.酒店環境不好，周邊公共交通不方便，臨近環線的房間很吵人、面向老舊小區的房間沒太陽。
3.最最最重要的是，五一訂房訂單填錯，打了一堆電話，酒店很硬氣，不接受攜程的協調；細思極恐，網上平台訂房，酒店不接受平台的協調，相當於入住期間出現突發情況，完全沒有保障。
4.訂完房間，出了2個標間，還降了價。
基於以上，差評。

親子房，有兩張床，很好睡。小孩一進房間就很興奮，很開心的玩。但是木馬是壞的。其他都挺好，離動物園很近，早上走過去很方便。

離動物園非常近，價格也很實惠，房間也很大，就是設施陳舊了點，周邊也有很多吃飯的地，總之感覺還是非常滿意的！

酒店停車方便，離著名景點都挺近，前台服務態度良好，細心，帶孩子出來玩，我定的是臨街普通大床房前台想的很周到怕吵，主動幫我免費升級靠小區房很安靜，周圍小吃也很多，是一次不錯的選擇，朋友來武漢玩會推薦朋友入住。

酒店的地理位置非常便利，方便去武漢動物園玩，周圍有很多商店和餐館可以選擇，附近有地鐵站和公交站，而且還可以購物晚餐，非常方便。酒店很乾凈整潔，房間裏的設施非常齊備，讓人感覺很舒適，酒店的服務也非常好，從前台到客房服務，都非常熱情和耐心，服務都很周到！

我們定的是大床房，前台看到我倆手上的學習資料，得知我們是來參加考試的，很人性化的幫我們升級到2個床的房，且房間寫字枱很大，至少有3米寬，方便我們學習。晚上還給房間送了枱燈。不多言，點贊！
