This was my perfect trip. My daughter wanted a luxury hotel experience as her birthday gift and Wanda Realm made it happen without the high cost😃. The price was right, the atmosphere was superb and the service made me feel like a special guest. The room was luxurious and clean and they seemed to have considered everything in the design of the place. Separate areas for toilet, shower and face basin, telephone in the bathroom for emergency, a retractable clothesline in the bathroom, and conveniently placed shower gels, shampoos and lotions. The food at Zhen restaurant was delectable. Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reasonably priced too. Eg 128 for buffet lunch. There were snacks, drinks and wine/liquor in the room that had price tags on them, so I didn't eat much because I thought they'd charge it to my room, but upon checking out, I enquired and they said there were no extra charges for that. The swimming pool was lovely and the sauna and steam rooms made it worth visiting the health club. I'll definitely go back! Oh, how could I forget the cooking class the chef gave to the kids at lunch time! We took home cookies baked by them 😃

When I made the reservation, I didn’t see Wanda Realm, I only saw Wanda Realm. After checking in at Jiahua on my first day in Wuhan, I looked up and saw that there was a Wanda across the street, so I checked out of Jiahua for one night in advance and made the reservation. Come on Ruihua! The scenery outside the window of Ruihua's city view room is really good. It faces Chuhehan Street. The facilities in the room are also very high-end. The hair dryer is Dyson, the water is Voss, and the welcome fruit is given, although there is only one apple and one A cucumber and an orange🍊The family of four didn’t get one for each person😓 From check-in, luggage storage, cleaning lady, to the reception outside the door, they are all very warm. After check-out, the housekeeper Xiaoqian took the initiative to call and ask about the stay experience👍 It's just that the sauna and small pool for female guests are unsatisfactory. They are too small. The quality of the disposable toothbrush and comb is poor. The toothbrush is very hard and the wooden disposable comb has burrs. It would be better if these aspects were better.

Booked a Marriott river view room at such a cheap price. The service and bedding are indeed up to Marriott's standards. It's very considerate. We also prepared welcome fruits in the evening. Facilities: The layout of the room is a bit cramped. The location of the bathtub feels weird. Haha, the scenery is very good. The place is of great value in Wuhan. An old five-star hotel in Wuhan, with status, history, fame, and a French and American feel! The location is good, very close to Wuchang Station and Wuhan East Station. East Lake, Wuhan University, Yangtze River Bridge, and Yellow Crane Tower are all starting prices. There is Metro Line 2 downstairs. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is large, but it's a bit difficult to find peace in the middle of the noise! For the hotel package we booked, the dinner buffet is cost-effective, but calling it a seafood buffet is a bit far-fetched! The overall service attitude is very good. The front desk helped to book a place for dinner. The hotel is I think the best in town, for price, and everything it’s offers. First, service is impeccable, warm, attentive , thoughtful. They delivered all our food takeouts to our rooms. When we left they packed us food for the road. Then, rooms are clean and with everything needed, the only thing to pick, is one of the TV ( we had tow tvs in the room) had bad connections. There was a massage chair in the room , and a tea set ( a full Cantonese tea set). I love the fact their toilet is separated from the shower. And there’s a free parking for guests in the building. Breakfast selection was great too! Definitely recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

I was still on the high-speed train to Wuhan, and the hotel kindly called me to ask what time I would arrive. They would clean the room as soon as possible to ensure that I could check in as soon as I arrived. You can get to the hotel just two steps from the Chuhe Han Street subway exit. It's so convenient. It's surrounded by business districts and takeout is very convenient. The room is very good, clean and tidy, and there is a faint fragrance when you open the door. The whole room is smart, there is no need to plug in a card to get power, and the curtains, lights, and air conditioning all have small help. It is very smart and happy. The overall experience of staying here and the service is great, in line with the price and the Orange brand. The happiest thing is that we wanted to delay check-out for an hour because we had to leave at 2pm. The lady at the front desk who was on duty on the night of 8.5 readily agreed and asked thoughtfully if the delay until 2pm was enough? I took an orange and seeing that I had a manicure, she thoughtfully gave me an orange peeler. Although I didn’t go out to check out more attractions during this trip to Wuhan because it was too hot, I felt very comfortable. I will still choose this hotel when I come back to Wuhan next time.

The hotel is located very close to the IELTS examination center by British council, so this was our primary reason for choosing this hotel. We called them before booking to sure that they accept foreigners, and having made sure that they do, we booked our room. The staff is really nice, helpful and always at your service. The room was on the 8th floor and it was very quiet there, with the occasional sounds of the washing machine working, but that didn't disturb us in any way. The bed was very confortable and we had a good night sleep. The room was clean, neat and tidy, everything was ready to be used. We felt very pleasant staying here and we would definitely come back again.

Driving from Beijing to Guangzhou, I passed through Wuhan and stayed at the East Lake Hotel. Although I only stayed for one night, this was my favorite hotel on this trip, bar none. The large garden has a different feeling when walking in the morning and evening, and the drizzle in early spring makes it even more refreshing. The room is spacious and comfortable enough. I have stayed at Hangzhou State Guesthouse before. Although the courtyard is nice, the room is too old and the price/performance ratio is low compared with here. I decided that I must stay here when I come to Wuhan in the future. The waiters were very nice and gave me such lovely souvenirs. The only thing I can fault is that only 6 bottles of drinking water are provided for free, and they are still small bottles, which are not enough to drink, hahahaha

A very comfortable stay. I read some negative reviews before, especially when it came to the noise from the construction opposite, and I was worried about it. When I entered the room, I saw a small handwritten note. The windows in the room seem to have been soundproofed, so sleeping is basically not affected. There was a robot delivering food and I experienced an intelligent service. The front desk is also very welcoming. No matter checking in or checking out, when you walk to the front desk, a young lady will come over and bring you water. When I checked in, I was given a bottle of warm mineral water. The overall feeling is that a lot of thought has been put into it. In fact, I rarely write these reviews, but this time I was really moved by their detailed and thoughtful service.
