Just looking at the pictures of the hotel made me look forward to staying here (mostly for the bath), but the quick check in and the room made the stay even more enjoyable. Of course, I had a bubble bath each day and the room itself was so nice and spacious, that I could work out in there. I didn’t have to though as the gym has pretty much every machine you could need as well as a pool (I didn’t swim in it though). What I didn’t know before arriving was that there is a convenience store on the first floor. Definitely a lifesaver since it was hot when I stayed and I liked to stock up on water (that I could place in the hotel room fridge) as well as buy some snacks, iced coffee and cup noodles (just in case).

My family of four chose this hotel with a swimming pool in Wuhan for a trip. It is really cost-effective. The location of the hotel is very good, right at the subway entrance. The hotel has a free parking lot. The beautiful lady at the front desk who checked in was very good and gave me free service. Upgraded to the ladies' floor. The floor is very quiet. Every detail of the room is well done. It's a suite. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom has a bathtub. The children like it very much. The big bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and the pillows are also very comfortable. , lying on the bed feels like being wrapped. My favorite is the hotel's swimming pool. The water temperature is very suitable. There is a gym and a swimming pool. The water depth is 1.4 meters, which is just right for children to play. The front desk staff who handled the swimming registration were very nice. They noticed that we were not wearing swimming caps and asked if the children needed swimming rings. 🛟 One is lent to us for free, but normally we need to pay to rent it. Thank you to the hotel for its service and staff. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Wuhan. Supplementary hotel location is just over one kilometer away from the pedestrian street. It's very convenient to take a taxi or subway.

What a lovely hotel in the middle of the busy streets of Jianghan Road. We were very surprised with the size of thia hotel room. It has a king size bed and 2 single beds. Neds are very comfortable and soft as well. It seems like this is a family room. It was too big for my husband and I but we truly enjoyed this hotel room. We only stayed for two nights and how we wished we stayed longer. The concierge are very helpful too.

The hall is designed with a reading gallery. There is emergency defibrillation equipment at the front desk. These are quite unique, and the restaurant is more atmospheric. The overall hotel environment feels relatively clean. The quality of toiletries in the room is acceptable. However, the bath towels in the room were not sealed, the towels were seriously off-line, and the whiteness was not enough. The hotel service is not proactive enough and there is no proactive greeting. These are not in line with the requirements of a four-star hotel.

This was my perfect trip. My daughter wanted a luxury hotel experience as her birthday gift and Wanda Realm made it happen without the high cost😃. The price was right, the atmosphere was superb and the service made me feel like a special guest. The room was luxurious and clean and they seemed to have considered everything in the design of the place. Separate areas for toilet, shower and face basin, telephone in the bathroom for emergency, a retractable clothesline in the bathroom, and conveniently placed shower gels, shampoos and lotions. The food at Zhen restaurant was delectable. Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reasonably priced too. Eg 128 for buffet lunch. There were snacks, drinks and wine/liquor in the room that had price tags on them, so I didn't eat much because I thought they'd charge it to my room, but upon checking out, I enquired and they said there were no extra charges for that. The swimming pool was lovely and the sauna and steam rooms made it worth visiting the health club. I'll definitely go back! Oh, how could I forget the cooking class the chef gave to the kids at lunch time! We took home cookies baked by them 😃

📍The location where average not too close to the hotspot while somehow still being close in a way if that make sense 🚇It’s easy to access there is a bus stop just in front the hotel but taxi or self driving might be the best way to go . There is nothing really shocking from the outside but from the inside is another story , the staff was really nice and welcoming . About the room really it felt like those upscale hotels but half the price the breakfast was good it was a pleasant stay , they have a robot who delivered the food haven’t seen that in the Hilton 🤔

I am very happy to stay here. The room is large and very comfortable. The front desk clerk Liu Xingxing was particularly enthusiastic. He also helped with luggage and gave me small gifts when I left. It was just in time for New Year's Eve. When I returned to the hotel, I saw three bottles of drinks on the hotel table, as well as a few snacks and a very warm handwritten blessing. It was great.

This is a little bit harsh in the hotel, but had paid extra for the executive sweet, only to be told after I checked in that all the facilities were closed. I don't live very far from this hotel, but was hoping to enjoy the spa and the executive lounge after a football tournament close by. All the facilities, spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna were all closed. Even the executive lounge was off limits. This was not mentioned when booking and I was unable to get any refund. It's a lovely hotel, but they really struggle to clarify if anything is actually operational post covid.

The hotel is located very close to a Subway station. They have advertised the hotel as a 5 stars hotel at a very low price. The 5 stars part was not true. The picture on their ad was also incorrect. I would give them 3 stars. However, the price was very reasonable and service was good.

Before I even got on the high-speed train to Wuhan, I received a call from the receptionist asking me about my arrival time and my specific housing requirements. Because I was staying alone and wanted to put cleanliness, safety, and quietness first, the MM at the front desk upgraded my room for free on the spot, and arranged a deluxe room on the 24th floor with a view of the C PARK shopping mall. The view was very good. The room is exquisite and beautiful, and I particularly like the design of the shoe-changing bench at the entrance. The bathroom is really clean, the hairdryer is exquisite and powerful, much better than many five-star hotels. There are enough plugs at the bedside and at the desk to charge laptops, mobile phones, mobile phones, and power banks at the same time. There are 46 TV drama channels, and the only news channels are CCTV and Hubei. There is no Phoenix TV, no CNBC, and no BBC, which is a bit unhappy. Neither taxis nor friends can drive into the on-street parking lot. This is the first time I encountered someone who couldn't get off at the entrance of the hotel and could only get off at the entrance of the parking lot and drag the suitcase into the hotel. The next day I drove into the underground garage and parked for one night. 55 yuan is really not cheap, but the hotel front desk provides free parking tickets. Scan the QR code on the parking ticket at the exit to deduct the entire parking fee. This free parking service is really great. The parking lot has two underground floors, which is not very big, but the parking spaces are not tight, so it is still very convenient. Finally, the customer service attitude at the front desk is very good, the welcome in the lobby is warm, the room attendants are polite, and the service is fast when asking for room cleaning. The only drawback is that the air conditioner speed in the room cannot be adjusted, and there is still some sound from the air outlet. It would be better if the wind sound was quieter.

The Position is quite nice. Just a short stroll to Wuhan bund, the River and to Hankou's nightlife area (esp. Lihuangpi lu). It's a bit old, but everything was fine for me so far, so nothing to complain. There is also a restaurant and a club lounge, but I haven't visited them, neither the pool or the gym.

What I like: The room is spacious and clean, and the two double beds are so kind for us traveling with children! Just around the corner from the apartment building is the pedestrian street, which is very convenient for travel and dining! The room was much more spacious than the Home Inn we changed to the next day, and the hygiene was better than that! Facilities: projection screen, two double beds, bathroom (slightly rudimentary, the basin is small and inconvenient, and the wet and dry are not separated), washing machine (not used), small refrigerator (not used), WiFi, and slippers.
