前台工作人員態度挺好挺健談的，問些事情都很耐心的在解答，房間乾淨整潔，價格還比較實惠。快捷酒店裡麪性價比挺高的。

算是比較乾淨的，之前糾結了很久訂漢庭還是訂這家，最後覺得沒時間健身，這家沒有健身房，便宜50塊就訂了這家。前台服務不錯，送了早餐券，雖然是為了讓我給好評，但是我也是實話實説，客觀點評。早餐品種挺多的，水果也有，雞蛋包子粗糧粥油條，還有現做的麪條。設備方面有待提高，電視投屏試了幾次投不上，隔音略差些。

這是高級大床的房間？明顯有遮擋是標準大床跟我説是高級大床房，而且落地窗外面對着樓上某個店門口，就算拉上窗簾也感覺沒有私隱

1.酒店標註25平方，實際並沒有，溝通酒店方並未給出解釋方案
2.前台開房後，也沒有人告知是個閹割版側面房型，前台互相推卸責任
3.酒店衞生不行，馬桶污漬，浴室玻璃門污漬，牆角起皮污漬
4.早餐除了現做湯麪可以吃，其餘全部冷的。
5.過年期間較高房價卻沒有給出相應的服務

經常五河出差，五河酒店基本都住了個遍，回住次數較多的就這家，因為酒店的位置比較方便去項目。這次連續住了4天，雖然過程中有一些小的插曲，但是對於酒店姜經理給予的問題及時的反饋和解決還是要給予高度讚揚，酒店各方面總的來説還是不錯，希望出現的問題以後不會再出現，好的地方依然保持。下次可還要來的
