賓館外部環境、房間設施高端大氣（據客服講攜程客户免費升級了），前台小美女接待熱情，門口保安工作時不準抽煙，入住首日除訂單註明的歡迎水果外，還送了2盒牛奶，着實有點意外，於是決定續住一晚。續住就留點小遺憾了:續住價格上漲了（其他平台價格低點但不能原房續住），水果牛奶全沒了，樓上房間腳步聲、挪傢俱等雜音到深夜還沒結束。總結:硬件不錯，其他靠運氣。

五星級酒店服務熱情周到，前台小夥，專業且樂於助人，還送了小孩子的早餐，無論是前台還是客房服務，都讓人感到賓至如歸。酒店還送了歡迎水果和飲料，酒店智能配置齊全，設施比較新，衞生非常乾淨整潔，床品柔暖舒服。早餐內容豐富，有很多美味的吃的，還有大的蛋糕，小孩子特別喜歡。五星級酒店的服務，價格還實惠，無法不給他贊一個。
