The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was simple, but good. The pool was very nice and warm. We didn’t get to try the restaurant as they were closed for Christmas. But we heard from other guests that was very good. Overall, a great stay.

Hotel muito bom na cidade de Xanxere. Café bom, janta muito saborosa e bem servida. Quarto bom, excelente ducha , travesseiros ótimos. Pessoal muito atencioso. Bom custo benefício. Segunda vez que fiquei no hotel, acho que é o mais novo hotel da cidade.

Exelente hotel, habitaciones muy cómodas, baños adaptados para deficientes (agarraderas en la ducha) desayuno fantástico y personal exelente. El restaurante tiene un menú variado, y cervezas artesanales muy buenas. La limpieza también exelente.

O hotel é muito bom. Limpo, organizado, inquieto arrumado, cobertas impecáveis, cama confortável, banheiro e chuveiro tops demais!!! Muito silencioso e com uma equipe super atenciosa, está acima do padrão para o preço que cobra! Recomendo!

Tem potencial, mas precisa se profissionalizar. A atendente Aline parace que nao tem vontade de trablhar, sem cortesia com cliente e mal humorada. Decepcionante.
O cachorro do hotel estava solto, caminhando nas dependências do hotel e na parte da tarde, ao entrar no estabelecimento fui MORDIDO. Ninguém fez nada! Simplesmente observaram e depois recolheram o cachorro. Revoltante. Na minha saída informarsm que passariam a informação à gerente e só. REVOLTANTE.

Hotel excelente. A equipe de atendimento é ótimo, há muito tempo não via pessoal tão cordial e educado em recepção de hotel. A recepção pró ativa fez questão de informar que havia piscina disponível entre outros lazares. Quartos muito bom, amplo com bela sacada e limpeza impecável. Café da manhã gostoso.... hotel esta de parabéns.

O Hotel é ótimo, ja é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos la, tudo bem limpo, cama boa, o problema é que eles agora tem uma "mascotinha" que fica solta na recepção, inclusive a noite. Infelizmente na nossa primeira noite la a bichinha latiu a noite toda não deixando ninguém dormir...esperamos da próxima vez termos mais sorte com isso.
