Our Stay at VOCO was Great. We were well taken care of by Ellen who speaks good English and showed high levels of professionalism and kindness. The hotel was clean, spacious and relaxing. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle but food delivery and Didi rides are easily available. We really enjoyed staying here.

There was some metal clanging noise from outside the building due to the wind in the night, and the hotel changed us to another room without any fuss. Breakfast was good, and Susie Li in the restaurant was very friendly and service-oriented.

酒店大堂色調很好，房間超大窗户，視野好。套餐划算，值班經理John提前一天帶參觀房間，對比下來選擇了性價比高的尊享大床房。Cindy美女辦的入住，還有飲品券贈送，好評！

選了很久，整體沒失望。房間挺大的、性價比不錯。入住當天很晚了。小姐姐給小朋友拿了小玩具。退房也很友好。周邊就是萬達和夜宵也很多。主要是看中它的新和我最喜歡的黃色。相較於一些外資品牌、服務意識也算是不錯的
幾個小意見：洗手間花建議不要放假花，可以好養的綠蘿插小瓶很好養活。馬桶每次起身是有異響的、還可以提升的：豐富歡迎水果禮遇、夜床小禮品。旁邊就是大堂吧、也可以結合一些咖啡飲品優惠券或抵用券啥的。一次性浴缸套要收費好像對家庭帶娃的不太友好、而且字太小。你們沐浴棉都免費、還不如浴缸套不收費。
整體來説還是住的很舒適的。會推薦和後期再選擇。

忘記拍早餐了，早餐非常豐富，也很好吃。房間乾淨，很寬敞，床非常大，設計風格很温馨，簡潔，迷你bar飲料都免費提供的。
服務也很禮貌，很周到。早餐碰到人很多的時候，服務員非常利索地收拾乾淨，點贊餐廳的小姐姐。

但是有一點不足就是 客人亂刷房間！我覺得這真不應該在星級酒店發生！今天一大早一個***拚命刷我們房間試圖開門！真的很嚇人！
