四分給其他，一分給前台。
辦入住的時候就是右邊這個女孩子辦理的，態度就很冷漠，問她問題也不是很愛理，想想也不能要求太多就沒太在意，我是特別叮囑過她我是住兩天，她也跟我確認了。結果第二天我就進不去屋了，又回到一樓做房卡，左邊員工在忙，我自然的到右邊員工面前，跟她説鑰匙打不開門了，然後她往旁邊側了一步開始看手機，我還納悶這麼高級嗎要手機系統做鑰匙，就一直等她理我，直到另一名員工接過我手裡的鑰匙，她都沒搭理我。我跟她説我以為你在幫我辦理呢，她眼皮都沒抬説左邊辦房卡。我問我的卡怎麼打不開了呢？我住兩天呀，員工説做卡的時候做成一天了，我就又問右邊女孩，我説我跟你確認過的住兩天呀？然後人家就根本不搭理我了。於是我拍了這張照片！酒店品質是可以打四分以上的，前台衹能打一分。敢情我是來找氣受的！

去景點都不遠，房間挺乾淨，設施齊全，停車場很大，酒店門口就是生活區，有便利店，對面油潑麪，水盆羊肉，燒烤，床很舒服，電動窗簾，前台小劉服務很好。

酒店管理太差，搞衞生的你還沒退房，她就進來收拾了，我另外一間的房卡10分鐘之內就丟了，哪裡去了呢？隔壁的把衣服曬到我拉的繩子上，一直追問有沒有收錯！告訴了很多遍沒有，還查監控説衹有我們收衣服。我真不知道是什麼原因？難道是621房間有問題？我615進去丟房卡，隔壁説621收了她衣服，可是我們沒看到別人的衣服。我可以懷疑服務員麼？為什麼叫去615不去呢？為什麼隔壁説沒紙了幫他們先處理一下不去呢？為什麼我們還沒退房就進去收拾呢？體驗太差！強烈不推薦！為什麼服務員罰款50，管理員罰款100，就是不給客户50呢？哈哈，太有意思的管理了！

這是一個外部環境比房間環境好的酒店，俗稱驢糞蛋外面光。客房房間一進門就是一股夾着濃濃尿騷味的臭味，進了衞生間之後更是，洗澡間裏非常明顯的尿騷味，太臭了，本來定了三天，第二天就趕緊退房走了。不過有一説一，早餐還不錯，就餐環境也不錯。

不乾淨，前台辦理入住人員態度不怎麼好，做事不認真，房型升級要不是我上樓發現房間大小不對要求確認房型是否升級。估計也就給我忘了。

服務非常差，衞生情況也比較一般，攜程評級四星但是設施並沒有到四星。所謂入住的兩個蒸汽眼罩也沒有送。
