訂的商務間，房間太小了，行李箱打開沒位置了，這衞生間是個80年代的，很小很小，忘了拍圖了，還用簾子的那種，洗澡連個拖鞋都不給，整個走廊裏有人説話聽的一清二楚，睡晚點的話會受不了太吵了，另外九點早餐就沒了，也是第一家我碰到這麼早下班的，除了地理位置可以，沒什麼優點，350米地鐵站，旁邊萬達，來了之後吃不習慣這裏的碳水，萬達裏面找吃的。節假日萬達也是高音喇叭開始，不是跳舞就是唱歌，唉～

一進來前台給的房卡是無效卡，怎麼都進不去，也沒有道歉，房間裏沒有抽紙，凳子桌子用紙一擦全是灰特別臟，設施特別老舊，衞生間管道漏水，完全踩雷，能不住這就別住這，真的是住過最差的地方。

房屋設施比較老舊，衞生條件看着也是一般，服務就更不要説了，我們是帶着孩子一起入住的，找前台想着多要一個枕頭，問了兩次都沒要到，説是沒有多餘的，要等客人都辦理完入住了，有空房才能給拿，如果沒有空房間就沒有多餘的枕頭，這麼大的酒店這點要求都很難滿足嗎？

酒店位置好，房間很大，乾淨，衞生，暖氣很足，服務很周到，比連鎖酒店住起巴適，唯一不足之就是洗澡處的地漏流水太慢。酒店附近的秋林也有各種各樣麪食和糕點，作為南方妹子也是吃不膩，下次來西安還住煤研。

位置很好，挨着萬達廣場，吃飯方便。去周邊景點都是起步價。房間也比較寬敞，衞生也不錯，但早餐太一般了。雖説常規的也都有，但種類上還是比較少。

本打算住一兩天就走，結果住了兩天就不想走了，一住就六七天，環境好，安靜，晚上能睡個好覺，衞生乾淨整潔，工作人員熱情好客，服務周到，每天能愉快地享受早餐，菜品好種類多，以後來西安繼續住研煤賓館。
