Overall, a pretty nice room with decent breakfast and good location.

Excellent hotel in good location, room very well appointed. Stay was especially comforting with the warm level of service by hotel staff. I would like to commend front office staff 孙陆who spent time in helping my wife and I set up WeChat DIDI and giving us his personal number to call at any time if we encountered issues. The morning breakfast service staff, 尹改利 and her teammates are happy in serving and awesome, making our 6.30am breakfast a great start for the day. Thank you 尹改利 & your colleagues for the wonderful breakfast mornings. Eastern House is fortunate to have such hardworking and enthusiastic employees. The welcoming experiences at 东舍 would be a draw for our next visit to 西安. 高标准的服务对于提供客户体验至关重要。我要赞扬前台孙陆的帮助以及早餐时尹改利和她的同事们友好服务。你们让我在西安的住宿成为一次美好的经历。

The hotel staff are very nice and professional. They were very helpful in identifying locations including DiDi (Uber) pick up points, answering our questions and go out of the way to attend to our needs. They were clear in explaining and verifying the room styles that were booked . Housekeeping was good and never miss a beat. The hotel is new and clear. Breakfast is very cheap and has a good spread. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends .

Great location, close to the south gate. Many things can be reached by foot. Solid breakfast and good lunch offering. English level of staff could be improved but overall everything worked well. Good experience.

Very clean and stylish hotel in the centre of Xi’an. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visiti the city and all around it.

Modern looking hotel. Still in city center but on a side street, so that it’s more quiet from the busy pedestrian. The hotel offers afternoon buffet every day with fresh fruits, coffee, and tea, which is a really nice touch because in Xi’an, everyone is walking a lot daily so it would be nice to come back to relax for a break.

Very nice boutiques hotel. Good location and breakfast. This is the second I stay here and everything is still good as usual.

The best things about this hotel were: free laundry and great service. We traveled a lot and this was the only hotel we can wash our clothes and got fresh ones. In fact the staff 严巧玪 and 谢蓉蓉were so helpful that they collected and laundry and folded them and delivered to my hotel room. The shower water was great also. The room was very cleaned and always in order after we return. We loved the breakfast and tea time in the afternoon. The location is awesome very convenient. We highly recommend this one.

Perfect location in Xian city and very good room standard. Great beds and bathroom. Their afternoon tea was a bonus and made the stay more enjoyable. Funny to see the robot for room service!
