The decoration is a bit old, but the location is OK, with many shopping malls, subway stations and restaurants. The gym may be outsourced, so you need to go out of the hotel and turn around before going upstairs. I specifically asked the hotel front desk what time the gym would open and where it was, but the front desk didn't tell me that I needed to go to the front desk to exchange for a gym card before working out. The gym staff insisted on asking me for a gym card, and I said that the hotel front desk didn't tell me, so they reluctantly let me go in for the gym. The service was terrible. The first floor of the gym was extremely dirty, full of dust, and the elevator seemed to have not been cleaned for a hundred years, so dirty that it was disgusting.

The facilities are old and the room was not cleaned. The curtains could not be closed. The room service pulled them for a long time but there was still a big gap, and then they left. I asked someone to clamp them with a clamp. The refrigerator was also sizzling, so I asked the room service to move it away. The wires were exposed outside and I accidentally touched them. The scale in the toilet was not cleaned, and the water in the bathroom could not go down. It cost more than 800 a night, at least it should be cleaned.

The hotel is quite user-friendly and the service is very thoughtful. Fruit plates and Tremella porridge are provided at night. Mini humidifier. The front desk lady is very polite. Parking is very convenient for self-driving. The room facilities are very warm and the drinks in the small refrigerator are free.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room layout is perfect, elegant and romantic, clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete. Yang Chen at the front desk is thoughtful and warm, thinking about what the guests think and what the guests are anxious about. I forgot to bring my eyebrow pencil, and Yang Chen took the initiative to bring his eyebrow pencil to my room, which made people feel very comfortable and gave me a feeling of home. It was drizzling that day, and I didn’t plan to bring an umbrella. The little brother at the front desk kindly reminded me that it would be safer to bring it, and specially handed over the hotel’s umbrella, and repeatedly told me to pay attention to protection when going out.
