Service: This boss is too casual. I made two calls downstairs in the community but the boss didn’t answer. I wanted to give up. I thought about the fact that this hotel is non-refundable after booking, so I went upstairs to take a look. When I got to the door, the boss Finally answered the phone! ! ! I was given the door code, entered N rooms, and was asked to go to room 3. Anyway, I will never stay at this hotel again. Now that I have gained experience, I may not be able to check out in the future. If I am not satisfied, I can always find a second hotel. Cleanliness: In Room 03 on the first day I checked in, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke when I entered the door, and there was a cigarette butt that had not been cleaned behind the door. I thought it might be better to turn on the air conditioner to remove the smell, but I didn't expect it to be better from 7 to 10 o'clock in the evening. I thought my boss was not here, so I didn't contact him. I couldn't sleep well at night because I was choked by the smell of cigarette smoke. Because it was booked for two consecutive days, I got up at around 6 a.m. the next morning and called the boss at around 7 a.m. to ask him to help me change rooms. What I consider is that if I can live in another place, I will have one less thing to do. If the boss really doesn’t have a room or won’t change it, then I don’t have to pay for one night, and it’s worth it to protect my personal safety. Fortunately, the boss finally changed me to room 4, and I finally had a peaceful sleep. Transportation: There is a subway station just a few hundred meters away, which is very convenient. Facilities: There is a washing machine for washing clothes and a heated and disinfected toilet, which is good. Hygiene: Not good, strong smell of cigarette smoke and cigarette butts.

剛開始以為是酒店，到了才知道是民宿，導航加電話才找見的，真的不好找，可能是過節，今年的西安旅遊真的太火了，三百多衹能住民宿，與想象相差太遠，衞生太差———除床收拾了一下外，其它地方几乎沒收拾，灰塵一層，基礎的潔具也沒有，衞生間更是臟的不堪，害的我衹能買瓶酒精消了一遍，由於太累也就湊合了一晚，希望老闆以後能改進！

垃圾服務，沒有人管，配了兩個吹風機全是壞的，晚上回來，洗完才發現，誰能想到兩個全是壞的，頭髮濕着睡得，最後一天超時一會兒，一直打電話催，説有人要住，等到我們走都沒人來，不知道催個什麼勁。

這次入住這家酒店真的非常棒！從入住到離店，整個體驗都讓人感覺非常舒適和愉快。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約大方，讓人感覺很温馨。酒店的服務也非常周到，員工態度熱情友好，讓我們感受到了家的温暖。強烈推薦給大家！

衞生很差，洗漱間櫃子那沒有清掃，吹風機真的很臟，上面黃黃的，至少要擦乾淨，入住沒有洗髮水，打電話問了前台告訴自己去外面去，態度很好。入住體驗很差，房間缺少東西是小，感覺這個房間不怎麼安全。入住時間把控不好，等了很久才入住，結果衞生還很差。房間防潮情況嚴重。#位置交通離地鐵口很近#床很硬，枕頭也是那種裏面放的糠還是穀粒硬硬的，不舒服。#性價比還行，畢竟在旅遊旺季算是便宜的。但基本衞生都做不好，屬實很一般。

衞生還可以，房間太小，就是床上都是一次性的用品，洗澡的時候水流的到處都是，洗漱用品不全，這條件300多的價格太貴。

房間設施什麼的都有，飲水機，洗衣機，紙杯之類的配套齊全，在這個價格下算不錯的了，就是廁所下水道有點堵，洗澡要積水。

環境非常好，而且每次收拾的也很乾凈，這次我們來早了老闆娘還怕我們沒有地方住，給我們進行了免費升房，非常不錯

房間挺窄，可以接受。希望可以做一個及格的民宿而不是一個有直髮夾但沒有吹風機，有電視但床鋪不乾淨的房間，希望廁所能弄一個坎，廁所比房間高，我為了不讓水漫出來洗澡都衹能小心翼翼不敢多用水。 總體來説，這個價位嘛不能有太多要求，但吹風機都沒有實在是不能忍。
