服務：這老闆也太隨意了，我到了小區樓下打2個電話老闆沒接，想放棄了，想一想這個賓館是定後不能退錢的，就到了樓上去看一下，到了門口，老闆終於接電話了！！！給了房門密碼，進去N個房間，讓我去了3號房間。反正我以後再也不會去住這一家了，也長經驗了，以後再也不定不能退房的了，不滿意還可以找第二家嘛。衞生：第一天入住的03號房間，進門就很大很大的煙味，門後還有一個沒清掃走的煙頭。我想着開空調除一下味可能就好了，沒想到從晚上七點到十點多還沒好，想着老闆也不在，就沒有聯繫。晚上被煙味嗆來一直沒睡好。因為是連續預訂的2天，第二天早上六點多起床，七點多給老闆打電話，請老闆幫我換房間。我考慮的是，人在外地能少一事就少一事，老闆實在沒房或者不換，那我一晚上的錢不要了，保個自己人身安全也值當了。還好老闆最後給換了4號房，終於安穩的睡了一覺。交通：出門幾百米就是地鐵站，很方便。設施：有洗衣機可以洗衣服，有加熱消毒馬桶，不錯。衞生：不好，煙味重，有煙頭。

剛開始以為是酒店，到了才知道是民宿，導航加電話才找見的，真的不好找，可能是過節，今年的西安旅遊真的太火了，三百多衹能住民宿，與想象相差太遠，衞生太差———除床收拾了一下外，其它地方几乎沒收拾，灰塵一層，基礎的潔具也沒有，衞生間更是臟的不堪，害的我衹能買瓶酒精消了一遍，由於太累也就湊合了一晚，希望老闆以後能改進！

垃圾服務，沒有人管，配了兩個吹風機全是壞的，晚上回來，洗完才發現，誰能想到兩個全是壞的，頭髮濕着睡得，最後一天超時一會兒，一直打電話催，説有人要住，等到我們走都沒人來，不知道催個什麼勁。

衞生很差，洗漱間櫃子那沒有清掃，吹風機真的很臟，上面黃黃的，至少要擦乾淨，入住沒有洗髮水，打電話問了前台告訴自己去外面去，態度很好。入住體驗很差，房間缺少東西是小，感覺這個房間不怎麼安全。入住時間把控不好，等了很久才入住，結果衞生還很差。房間防潮情況嚴重。#位置交通離地鐵口很近#床很硬，枕頭也是那種裏面放的糠還是穀粒硬硬的，不舒服。#性價比還行，畢竟在旅遊旺季算是便宜的。但基本衞生都做不好，屬實很一般。

衞生還可以，房間太小，就是床上都是一次性的用品，洗澡的時候水流的到處都是，洗漱用品不全，這條件300多的價格太貴。

房間設施什麼的都有，飲水機，洗衣機，紙杯之類的配套齊全，在這個價格下算不錯的了，就是廁所下水道有點堵，洗澡要積水。

房間挺窄，可以接受。希望可以做一個及格的民宿而不是一個有直髮夾但沒有吹風機，有電視但床鋪不乾淨的房間，希望廁所能弄一個坎，廁所比房間高，我為了不讓水漫出來洗澡都衹能小心翼翼不敢多用水。
總體來説，這個價位嘛不能有太多要求，但吹風機都沒有實在是不能忍。
