The location of the hotel is very good - across from a square and close to Labrang Monastery, as well as many dining and shopping options. The room is quite clean and the shower water pressure is good. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.
The rooms could use some updating. Quite old in style but also very typical small town business decor. Pictures are attached for reference.

At over 700 RMB per night this hotel felt a little bit overpriced in my opinion.
Unfortunately hotel we booked initially refused to accept foreigners, so we took first available in the city that did accept foreigners without searching for a better valued alternative. It is by all means a very nice hotel. I am just not sure it is worth 700 per night.
On the upside, hotel is located in central location, set back from the main street - 15 minutes walk from the monastery. Even in the supre peak period hotel did secure a parking spot for us. Rooms are clan. Breakfast was quite nice. Apart from the price there is nothing really to complain about.

After eating breakfast, the food is not much, just 1.2 meters (the height measuring paper in the photo is almost 1.3 meters), and the 6-year-old child insists on charging 24 yuan. I have stayed in the hotel with the worst conditions, where is the four-star rating? Doesn't Ctrip verify it? The conditions are worse than the average B&B. The facilities in the room are from the last century. They are dilapidated and dirty. The hot water is not available all day, and the shower has no partition...
