The first time I came to Xiamen to travel, I stayed at the information future hotel. It was a very warm housing experience. The one who received us was Xiao Wang. This is a warm and thoughtful handsome guy. If you have any questions, he will help solve it as soon as possible, because there are elderly people. Xiao Wang specially arranged a quieter room, thank you Xiao Wang! The eldest sister in charge of room hygiene will greet warmly every time we meet. We will help dry the clothes after washing. I am very sorry to forget the name of the eldest sister. Thank you, sister! If you have the opportunity next time, you will stay at the future hotel again. Like 👍, the hotel breakfast is good.

Wow what a brilliant hotel! I had originally booked for 2 nights and was going to go somewhere else in Fujian for my last 2 nights but we liked the hotel so much we spent the whole stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel has a lot of great amenities including a spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The pool has a really great view over the lake and of the city. The breakfast is mostly Chinese which is fine for me. I recommend the noodles they were delicious. We also ordered in from the hotel restaurant and tried Xiamen’s ginger duck which I highly recommend trying. The location is also brilliant it’s a 10 minute didi to Xiamen train station, the ferry to Gulangyu, the Paragon centre, the Mixc etc. There’s also a hospital next door that has a really quick and efficient covid testing centre for those of you that need a covid test to travel. Overall this was a great hotel and I will definitely be back for my next trip

We booked a 3-night stay here, and one of the main reasons was the indoor pool. Unfortunately this was out of service for the duration of our stay, something which might be worth mentioning on their website/beforehand (I was only told when I asked the receptionist after checking-in). The room itself was fine and a decent size (we almost had a little bit of view from the lake) except for the fact that it was uncomfortably warm and stuffy, especially at night. Even more surprising as it was pretty cool temperature wise when we were there. We tried opening the window but there wasn’t enough breeze and the mosquitos. The AC did not work seem to work, reception was notified and we were told a repairman would look at it. There seemed to be slight improvement in the second night but by the final night it seemed to have become as hot and as stuffy as the first (not sure how they would manage in the hot summer if it is like this in winter). Hopefully this will be addressed or it was only an issue with our room. The location is very good, next to a park and by the lake, less than a ten-minute walk from Hubin Middle Road subway station (take exit 2) or a short taxi drive to most places in town. You can also borrow umbrellas from the hotel, handy as it was raining for the majority of our staying. The hotel will also ask for a 1000 rmb deposit on arrival which should be returned to you after you check-out.

Great location near the central Xiamen island, within walking distance from Yundang lake. Taxi from the airport takes less than 30 minutes (50 yuan). Metro Line 1 to Xiamen North Railway Station is also close. The lobby is on the 7th floor, which can be a little confusing because you need to go there on your own first. The staff doesn't speak English very well, but enough to manage. They were very polite and courteous. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious, over 40 sqm. A toilet brush was missing (in my room). The city view is nice since all rooms are above the lobby (floor 7). Breakfast was good, mainly Chinese, with some other options, though the eggs were very salty so I couldn't enjoy them.

The price/performance ratio is very high. 200 yuan is really good in Xiamen. Moreover, we went to store our luggage a day in advance. The attitude of the front desk was great! Aunt Wen Shuyin who helps with laundry is also very kind! I will help wash and dry the clothes, so there will be no dirty clothes when traveling. I am happy. There are free snacks, drinks, bathrobes, and curtains in the room. The light isolation effect is also very good. The room I was given was right next to the door on the first floor. I was worried about the soundproofing, but I didn’t wake up when I slept in the back. It was great! The location is Douxi Road. You can get there by taking the BRT and walking two blocks. If you go to Bashi, you can take Didi on Zhongshan Road or Gulangyu. It is very cheap.

We stayed during the dragon boat festival and the hotel has a great location, close to the main attractions. The staff were veery friendly and even though they didn't speak English they went above and beyond what we hoped for. Eason (嘉平) was wonderful and helped us book a tour to see the haka houses, he is a great asset to the hotel. Thank you to everyone and if we come back we will definitely book here again.

First time staying in this hotel. Receptionist was swift in checkin in process. Clean room and toilet. Toiletries and one time use-pack were all new and stocked up. Would highly recommend. Super B services. Felt better than many other 4-5 stars hotels. Did laundry, they would assist us in drying our clothes when we weren’t around. fold and bag our clothes into the laundry bag once done. Im thankful for this extra service.

Beautiful environment, in the park, very quiet. But the soundproofing is not very good, and the sound of the air conditioner is a bit loud. These two problems are stubborn diseases that almost all non-five-star hotels have, and this hotel is not immune. Poor sleep is estimated to be affected. When I'm tired, I don't feel it anymore.
