寶藏民宿，入住方便，步行去沙灘衹要五分鐘，一到晚上沙灘還有夜市，很乾凈的夜市，價格也很親民，老闆很熱心，還免費升級了海景房，海景房躺在床上就可以看日出，景色無敵，房間很大，國慶期間這個價格太良啦～

家人都很滿意這海景房！房間設計大方好看，衞生可以，廁所是沒有乾濕分離的，廁所🈚異味，喜歡公寓周圍早上有好吃的生煎包和腸粉，晚上有熱鬧的夜市各種小吃🥰 海邊步行5分鐘就可以到了。

設施：有冰箱、洗衣機，投影很大很清楚，
衞生：衞生比開始住的一家好太多了，阿姨每天來搞衞生，很認真，
環境：視野很好，可以看到大海。
服務：服務很好，入住期間網絡出現問題，及時來處理。
吐槽一點就是凳子上有釘子尖尖，扎屁股，4個凳子都是這樣。

這家公寓特別好，不管是房間還是房東都特別好。本來1號定了夏汐別墅（廈門曾厝垵店）還有個名字叫夏塌別墅，一家老闆。因為28號、30號前面兩天在夏汐住得特別不舒服，才換到這家，真是太驚喜差距太大，同樣是民宿，有人搞得那麼好有人那麼差。而且這家公寓1號雙層海景房衹是夏汐一半的價格，夏汐房間灰塵多，被套有血漬，水壺裡還有前面客人留下的半壺水，小孩睡到凌晨4點全身癢後發燒，提前退了1號的房來到這家後，之前的種種不愉快徹底被這家公寓的海景和房東的周到治癒了。夏汐別墅1號未入住的800元房費至今未退，本來廈門之旅遇到了黑店很糟心，想想最後一晚住了這麼美麗的海景房，看了日落日出稍微開心點。
