Renaissance Xiamen Hotel

The hotel environment is good. There is a nice indoor swimming pool and beautiful territory outside. The registration took us too long, they asked to sit and wait for 30 minutes to scan the passports. I wish they could provide the welcome drink at the bar while we were waiting for the receptionist. Also I wish there were some welcome snacks as fruits in the room. There are no drinks or snacks in the fridge. In the room was cold because of the rainy day so I wanted to use the air conditioner for 30 degrees to hit the room up but it didn't work because they have limit to 22 degrees which is weird to me. The breakfast is just ok, very few options for dessert, only baked sweets, no cheesecake or the ice cream which is disappointing to me. Generally is it a good option for staying, I would only recommend improve wellcome service and upgrade the breakfast options.

Transportation: Very convenient, there are many transportation tools, buses and rapid transit are available, and the airport is close Facilities: Public facilities are complete, the laundry room and gym are very complete. There are mobile power supplies for rent on each floor, and there are vending machines at the elevator entrance. Service: The service is enthusiastic and professional. My problem was solved in time. The room service was also very fast. I also prepared honey water when I came back from drinking in the evening. Breakfast: Rich breakfast, a combination of Chinese and Western styles, perfect, and the fruits are also very fresh. Soy milk fresh and sweet In summary, I am very satisfied! A hotel worth choosing, the brand's professionalism is indeed trustworthy! give a like

Similar to the hotel in the 8th and 90th years, in the middle of the night, the car parked at the door and couldn't find the signboard, almost scared away. There is no elevator, and the narrow stairs are inconvenient to twist the luggage to the 5th floor. The service attitude of the little brother at the front desk was very good. He waited for me that night. Considering the inconvenience of the night, he also sent 2 bottles of water. The room is newly renovated and the whole is clean and tidy. It is not recommended for business trips or travel. It is estimated that there are more students and couples nearby. The price of 520 the next day has actually increased to more than 500. I don't know where the courage comes from.

I found a hotel inadvertently. After I came, I found that it was a tasteful hotel. It was a relaxing weekend holiday. It was very quiet and slept very well. The room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, clean and hygienic, and there were many entertainment facilities. The landlord was very enthusiastic. Going out is the coastal romantic line. It is very convenient to take children to the beach

Overall, it was a good stay for 2 nights. The boss was also very nice. The business was booming and the money was rolling in. There are just a few things that need to be improved. 1. There is only one small trash can on the two floors of the duplex (except the bathroom). It is full with 3 buckets of instant noodles boxes. 2. Why is there no standard dishwashing liquid? The 12th floor where I lived before had 3 trash cans (kitchen, living room, upstairs) and dish soap as standard. 3. There was too little shower gel, and the third person had no use for it on the second night. 4. Why did the accommodation not match the picture? It's not that there are two 1.8-meter beds, but I sleep on a 1.5-meter bed. Not consistent with the scheduled information. 5Look at the picture, there is a projection screen. The right angle under the handrail upstairs is too sharp. Children and adults occasionally get scratched accidentally because it is too sharp. Others are still okay. I will come again next time and hope it will improve.

Great, this is the best environment I have encountered in recent days, parking is super convenient, and the service attitude is super good. The only downside: it is far from some attractions, but it does not affect, we are self-driving.
