Hotel staff are generally nice. We had issues with passport/visa registration and using Wi-Fi with VPN. They were helpful and tried many ways to help us connect. Bed was comfortable and room was pretty quiet. Bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell but manageable. Close to Huli Park metro.
