The young lady at the front desk who checked in also arranged two rooms next to us (● v●) in the case of a lot of tourists during the Spring Festival. We took the elderly to travel, and brought a simple wheelchair with us. However, a screw fell off in the wheelchair two days ago. I was afraid that it would be unsafe for the next two days. I found the hotel front desk with the mentality of giving it a try. After the front desk understood, the engineering manager (like the surname Xu) was notified.
