優點：房間足夠大！簡單的一層包間改造、3張單人床1張雙人床、管風機空調很涼快、中間有麻將機、洗澡熱水可以 缺點：落地玻璃這一上午都會很曬屋裡像蒸籠、沒有隔音效果在走廊説話走路都可以聽清楚、噪音大！門內上鎖也可以用卡從外面刷開進入、沒有設定門內防盜鎖鏈之類的、安全性差！衞生間水流量較小、晚上會停水停電、早上沒有熱水、沒有單獨的飲水管道、房間內衹有三個插座浴室1個進門1個電視下面有個插線板、想玩麻將機再需要個接線板、線太短距離夠不到但是房間內並沒有提供多餘插線板或其他可以夠到的插座、服務員承諾每天都會打掃客房、結果並沒有也沒有補充洗髮液和沐浴液、服務和設施都不好！ 第一個小插曲：入住時店主就説我這訂的超值！當時店主衹登記了我的身份證就讓我入住了、我想多要兩條大浴巾、下午一直都沒給送來、大概晚上7點多店主説要登記所有人身份證怕警察檢查出疏漏、於是我回房拿家人身份證從新登記、這次又提出多拿兩條浴巾才給送、幸虧我多要了、我入住3天都沒打掃過房間！在海濱浴場旁邊的酒店、沙子又多洗浴也會比較頻繁、真的是不講究！ 第二個小插曲：早上4點起來趕海、停水停電！沒有刷牙洗臉就出來玩了、出來玩就不要計較那麼多了！尤其是我們一家人更要注意安全問題！昨天還特意問過早點是6點到8點半、等我們6點趕海回來我買了早餐券後、老闆説是7點開餐！我説退了吧、點外面也就半小時就到了、老闆説退不了！我帶着孩子和長者、也幹不過當地厲害老闆呀！強買強賣的早餐有白粥、鹹菜、饅頭、餃子肉和素混放、豆漿、油條！ 第三個小插曲：每天我的房卡都要在前台激活一遍！我有點不明白、那我放在房間的物品安全誰給我保證？並且在第二天的時候老闆又找我要身份證、説辭是登記的系統退出了得從新登、我真的忍不了、我來的時候出示了所有人的證件、沒登、晚上又登一遍、第二天我還登！我懷疑你那我身份證幹嘛去了！沒有安全感！ 第一天是年輕男老闆和女服務員、登記我兩次身份證並都不情願給浴巾、承諾補齊洗浴用品也沒給 第二天是年紀較大男老闆、不能給退早餐券 第二天是年紀較大女老闆、下午要求我從新再再登記身份證 這次入住體驗極差、興城景色很美！人文不美！我對東北人從前熱情的印象也有所改變！

酒店位置特別好，就在海邊，晚上可以聽海聲入睡，早上可以在房間看日出。位置絕佳！衞生條件一般般，該有的都有，不要期望太高，可以再次入住！
