新裝修的，停車場挺大，Wi-Fi也快，早餐是跟旁邊的皇冠酒店在一起的，尚可。設施設備規格標準就是按照普通賓館的標準來的，淋浴間很小，真的是非常非常小，而且沒有任何放洗漱用品的地方，如果不想放地上，就衹能一次次地開門從洗手枱上拿。服務還行，但是衞生要加強，洗手間馬桶蓋上有頭髮和黑色的不明物，洗手池和淋浴間之間的地面一汪積水 。浴巾潮濕的，馬桶很容易堵，辦理入住的時候就聽到有的客人説房間馬桶堵了，我們早上起來自己房間馬桶也。堵了。

環境不錯，衞生服務都比較到位，就是設施設備有點老舊，但乾淨整潔舒適，特別是後棟非常安靜，能保障睡眠質量，停車位充足方便。

實際被調劑到皇冠酒店。房間洗臉盆水又細又急，濺濕衣服。修理員居然衹能調小進水，荒謬！房間燈光極其昏暗，超出常理。前台説話態度彷彿在給客人定規矩，極不禮貌！早餐餐廳盤子五花八門，有純色的，有帶圖案的，有缺口的，盤子和食物看上去都是臟兮兮的，令人沒有食慾。

環境衞生服務態度都很好，就是空調不行，走廊也比房間涼，快熱死我了，修修吧，睡也睡不了，衹能儘早退房，真的太熱了，窗户窗簾也不敢開，太陽一曬更加熱了

房間很乾凈，內裝飾很新，房間不大，但很温馨。酒店有很大的停車場，什麼時間回到都有地方停車，且周圍環境安靜，並有大量的樹木，讓人在高温天氣中，感覺很舒服、開心。這次住宿體檢不錯，下次來興義還會住這家酒店。

房間裝修風格看得出有點年頭了，但設施維護的不錯，空調製冷效果好，我住的後樓三人家庭房，後面就是停車場，偶爾有工作人員經過，非常安靜！酒店位置很優秀，距離幾百米就是非常繁華的商業街，各種美食都有！在興義一直住在這家！
