Marriott staff welcomed us at the curb side. Check in was painless and soon we were off to our room. In room hot springs was a pleasant touch. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Even the Japanese pillows were soft and cozy. The food was top notch and catered to every taste. We opted for the dinner package—well worth the money. After dinner we rang for a late night massage…should have rethought that one. Asked for two therapist and got one. She had no clue what a massage was! Seriously!!! She literally poked at me with her finger tips. The pushed my head agains the pillow for ten minutes. Finally was had enough and she was dismissed with her full pay. Noted, she was not affiliated with the hotel, she was merely the lady they called. Please never call her again! Loved the hotel and the view. A must for anyone wanting a quiet getaway.

When I woke up in the morning and opened the tent curtains, the view of Mt. Fuji was so beautiful that I was moved 🗻✨️ Personally, I had so much food that I ended up leaving a little bit of it 💦 But it was delicious 🍖 The bath was an open-air bath and a sauna. There was also. I had a lot of fun with my friends because I could play Roryu! I'm happy to be able to make a bonfire. I felt soothed while drinking coffee and sitting around the bonfire 🔥☕️ The price is a little high, but I would like to go there again if I have the chance ☺️✨️

Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 ／ 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. The hotel is far from the village of Yamanakako, and the taxi is about 1,300 yen. Although it was very close to the Yamanakako Lake, it was blocked by the dense woods. It went far to the right hand side and found a deserted road. It was only at the lakeside and found that there was a very good walking path along the lake. Unfortunately, it took a while. Knowing how to get back to the hotel, I had to return. Hot springs are average. The room facilities are relatively old, the size is not 16-20 mentioned here, it feels three or forty flat. A quiet inn in a forest about a 10-minute walk from the shores of Lake Yamanakako. An inn with an image similar to that of a youth hostel. This stay was for 5 adults and was a room with a board space between 8 tatami mats. The cospa was the best because it was split by 5 people. The check-in time was told in advance, but when the schedule changed and we arrived early, the front desk was absent. It seems that only one person is responding, and the phone seems to be difficult to connect. If you have any questions, it seems better to ask them all at once. Reception until 10pm. Room facilities include TV, refrigerator, kettle, tea / cup, and bath towel. There is no yukata or toothbrush. It was not cold at all because I paid a heating fee of 1000 yen and put a stove in the room in winter. Baths and wash basins use shared facilities. The bath is available from 19:00. There is no meal service, but there are several restaurants if you walk to the lake. At the inn there were cup noodle sales and vending machines. An inn with a style that you do yourself. There is no excess service, and I think that is reflected in the price. Comfortable enough.

Hot springs are average. The room facilities are relatively old, the size is not 16-20 mentioned here, it feels three or forty flat. I stayed in a room with a view of Mt. Fuji. Around 6am, I was able to see a beautiful view of Lake Yamanaka after walking for about 5 minutes from the pension. This pension is run by a husband and wife team and offers a relaxing atmosphere with a homely atmosphere. The room itself is a sleeping environment with only minimal amenities. There are hand towels, but I didn't see any bath towels, so please bring your own if you need one. If you want to eat a convenience store bento or other meal, you can rent a table in the dining room on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about it. Microwave, water, boiling water, refrigerator, toilet, and washroom are shared. You can take a bath until 11 o'clock. It was cheap so the cost performance is good. I would like to use it again if I have a chance to go nearby.

A quiet inn in a forest about a 10-minute walk from the shores of Lake Yamanakako. An inn with an image similar to that of a youth hostel. This stay was for 5 adults and was a room with a board space between 8 tatami mats. The cospa was the best because it was split by 5 people. The check-in time was told in advance, but when the schedule changed and we arrived early, the front desk was absent. It seems that only one person is responding, and the phone seems to be difficult to connect. If you have any questions, it seems better to ask them all at once. Reception until 10pm. Room facilities include TV, refrigerator, kettle, tea / cup, and bath towel. There is no yukata or toothbrush. It was not cold at all because I paid a heating fee of 1000 yen and put a stove in the room in winter. Baths and wash basins use shared facilities. The bath is available from 19:00. Marriott staff welcomed us at the curb side. Check in was painless and soon we were off to our room. In room hot springs was a pleasant touch. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Even the Japanese pillows were soft and cozy. The food was top notch and catered to every taste. We opted for the dinner package—well worth the money. After dinner we rang for a late night massage…should have rethought that one. Asked for two therapist and got one. She had no clue what a massage was! Seriously!!! She literally poked at me with her finger tips. The pushed my head agains the pillow for ten minutes. Finally was had enough and she was dismissed with her full pay. Noted, she was not affiliated with the hotel, she was merely the lady they called. Please never call her again! Loved the hotel and the view. A must for anyone wanting a quiet getaway.
