The environment and service are very good. The room faces Mount Fuji. It feels great to see Mount Fuji while soaking in the hot springs. The beef for dinner is also super good. After eating, I went alone and ordered an extra portion!

The price of more than 12,000 per night is really expensive. The room is not big, very Japanese-style. I am not used to it when I just came from a high-end hotel in Ginza, Tokyo, but the next dinner is too extra , Every dish is basically delicious. After eating, I feel that the price of the room is worth some fares. I didn’t go to the hot spring. I went up to take a look. The pool is not very big, and the view of Mount Fuji from the balcony of the room is okay (but there is a tree that is very annoying. ), but I don’t know if it’s the hotel’s sanitation problem or there are too many bugs here. When I woke up this morning, my husband and I both had rashes on our arms, which were very itchy. My husband’s was more serious and swollen. Breakfast is a normal buffet.

The service level of this hotel is the worst of all Japanese hotels I have ever stayed in. 8,000 RMB per night for one stay and two meals. In the evening, there is a buffet plus 3 western dishes. The quality of the dinner is very disappointing. Breakfast is also a buffet, the level is at best a three-star hotel, there is really no delicious food, it's too casual! When checking out, Taifei, the general manager, asked me to go to the room and hand over both room cards to the front desk before checking out. No hotel would do this! The waiters in other Japanese hotels are very respectful to the guests, but this KUKUNA, the waiters are very casual and do not take the guests seriously

Everything was great, good view of mt. Fuji from room, but there is no body lotion (best room type with private onsen, ¥88,000 per night), have to go the public onsen to get them. 一切都很好,房間有很好的富士山景觀,最麻煩是房間沒有潤膚露(訂的是最優的帶私人風呂房型,房價每晚¥88,000),潤膚露只放在公眾溫泉,這是唯一麻煩的地方。

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our room (one with a private onsen on the terrace) was huge and had everything we could possibly have needed - fridge/freezer with complimentary sparkling wine and water. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Nightly chocolates. Tons of bathroom amenities and a range of clothing to wear in the resort and in the room. Our private onsen was the perfect temperature and had a fantastic view of Fujisan. The bed was huge and comfy. Lighting was really intelligently placed and there were plenty of plug sockets too. The food in the restaurant (4 courses plus anything you want from the buffet!) was excellent both nights and they kindly adapted one course to suit us as we don’t eat meat. Breakfast was generous too with a range of Japanese, other Asian and Western options. There were few Westerners staying when we were there. The English language skills of the staff is variable but with smiling, guessing and google translate we all managed to make ourselves understood and we found everyone very friendly and patient with our horrible Japanese! All in all, our stay was perfect and we hope to return one day soon!

The female staff at check-in had a nice smile and was very nice. I felt that the room was small. There was hair on my clothes inside the hotel, and there were a lot of fallen leaves in the open-air bath in my room. It was also disappointing that I couldn't choose the time for dinner and was given an earlier one. Dinner was very delicious. When I asked the staff outside about the shuttle bus to go see the fall foliage, I was very angry with the staff's attitude. Too bad my birthday cake was melting. Overall, I felt that the level of service was low considering the price.

The food in Kukuna's room is also very good. The bath is also nice. The scenery is wonderful, and everything is perfect. It is recommended. The price also seems cheaper than the content. If you go to Fufusan, I recommend Kukunasan. It's several times the difference. This is my first time at Lake Kawaguchi, but it is a hotel that I will return to again and again, and I would like to recommend it with confidence. The cleaning is thorough and the hospitality is good. It has a tropical atmosphere and looks great on Instagram. But it's a really good hotel

Every time I stay, I realize how great this hotel is. In late April, I visited ``Kaze Hotel KUKUNA'', which is full of fresh green air, and had an unexpected accident: I used the ``car charging equipment'' on the day I arrived. However, the next morning, when I tried to open the hood to remove the cord, it wouldn't open. Yesterday, I realized that the hood could no longer be opened because I closed it without using a protector to protect the cord. From then on, things got tough, so I had the dealer come and open it the next day, and I was able to go home. During that time, KUKUNA's manager and other employees visited the parking lot many times to try it out. I am very grateful to you for your warm hospitality even when I decided to stay another night. This time, I learned from the booklet "Travel & Life" that the hotel has been selected as the "Hotel with the Best Service in 2022" from among the approximately 3,600 inns and hotels that are members of the JTB Alliance of Ryokan Hotels. congratulations. I will visit everyone at the hotel again soon. Thank you very much for your help.
