Very nice hotel with great hospitality. The outdoor onsen is amazing and provides lake views that you may see many swans swimming on the mirror-like water surface.

The ryokan is old style but clean. Staff there are polite and friendly. I have booked the room with “open bath”, but I have been told there’s no such type of room upon check in. Initially, I felt disappointed but quickly trip.com solved the problem before I made complaint. Anyway, the whole stay is pleasant.

Booked this for our honeymoon plus birthday trip!
Very nice stay, good experience! The view in hotel is niceeee. Altho no Fuji view from our room.. but the overall experience, the food -dinner and breakfast both amazing, and the hotspring are all very nice.
Oh we used their shuttle service to pick us up too! The staff in station help us make a phone call and they come shortly after. Good service.

This is traditional Japanese's style hotel. Room is big as we have 3 people together. room are face to the lake, but side window can see Fuji Mountain in the next day morning.
also, Hotel top roof can see the Fuji Mountain. Dinner and breakfast are very good. staff are nice and helpful. most of staff can speak very well English. there are 2 hot springs: one is on top floor, and one is at ground floor.
Top floor hop spring with nice lake view. Hotels have shuttle bus for pick up Guest from Station to Hotel, Green line bus also have stop Infront of hotel.
Anyway, it is very nice experience for stay at this hotel.

The room is very spacious, with a lake view and Lake Kawaguchi outside the window. After arriving at Kawaguchiko Station, you can ask the staff at the tourist center to contact the hotel to arrange a car to pick you up. There will be matcha snacks when you arrive at the hotel. The hot spring on the first floor is indoors, and the hot spring on the fifth floor is outdoor. The observation deck is on the fifth floor, but pay attention to the opening hours. Location: The hotel is not close to the station, but there is a shuttle. From the hotel to the station, the hotel has a shuttle bus every half hour; from the station to the hotel, before 6PM, call the station's payphone (110 yen) and call the hotel.
