Located right next to the JR station and AMU plaza, it is the most convenient location in town. The hotel just opened its door in January 2024. The check in lobby is located on 7th floor, where the ground floor has a hotel reception counter. Since the lobby is located the 7th floor, the view of the city is spectacular and the natural lights is abundant. We are checked into near the top floor with a room facing south. Staff generally speak good English. The room is spacious, given the proximity to the JR station. There are quite much storage space in the room. Hotel amenities in the bathroom is quite abundant and of good quality. Kudo must be given to Mr Minamoto san, the room manager. I was feeling unwell during my stay, he has been very helpful in arranging doctor appointment, and even help us bring our luggage to Nagasaki bus station which is about ten minutes walk from the hotel. Even comparing with other very good Japanese staff, Mr Minamoto is outstanding in service and knowledge, and definitely an asset to the hotel.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

I chose this hotel for the purpose of night view, and since it was used by one person, I used the room of ”single Western room (night view side)”, but it was a failure. You can see the night view, but the main building is on the left and bottom of the window, obstructing the panoramic view. Also, this room is dim during the day, and when the lights are turned on at night, the ceiling lights at the entrance are unusually dazzling. I had to turn off the wall switch to turn off the lights, but then the ceiling lights in the room were turned off, and I couldn't use it even though I had a lighting remote control. There was no outlet in the washbasin of the old unit bath in the room, and I couldn't use a hair dryer. There were many inconveniences and the room was very uncomfortable for me. However, the night view from the lobby and the large communal bath (including the women's bath!) Is superb! It is also fresh that the washing area of the large communal bath was a tatami mat. If I wanted to see a similar night view, I later learned that ”15 tatami Japanese-style room (night view side)” was recommended, and I found out that there are various types of ”(night view side)”, which made me very disappointed. The staff were all kind and kind, and even though they were used alone, they were able to pick up and drop off between the station and the hotel. The breakfast buffet was lonely with a small number of items, but the staff was very kind here as well. Furthermore, when I posted a review because I had made a reservation with Jalan, I received a very sincere reply, and I was very impressed with the attitude of listening to each person's word-of-mouth opinions. Never go to Nagasaki Station on foot and take a taxi.           I have experienced hell. Breakfast: ☆ ro. The grilled fish is stiff and the udon is fishy .. The entrance is a staircase, which I feel it is difficult to use for people with physical disabilities such as wheelchairs or people with large luggage (although there may be an elevator from the underground parking lot). You would think that this would be the quality of service at a cheap hotel outside of Japan, but the quality is not as good as it is in Japan. It is not suitable as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki, and would be better used as a place to check in late at night and leave early in the morning.

The hotel is very close to the JR station. We first went to the comprehensive sightseeing information center at the station to buy a one-day tram pass, which allows unlimited tram rides for one day. Then exit the station from the direction of the comprehensive tourist information center, walk through AMU PLAZA, and cross the overpass to the hotel. Under the overpass is the tram stop and the road (part of it is currently under construction). There is an elevator going up and down the overpass, and you get to the hotel entrance right after you get off the elevator, which is very convenient. You can only check in at 3pm.
