The facilities are okay, and the bathroom is equipped with a water purifier, but there are still some details that need to be updated, such as there is no charging USB port and the curtains are light-transmissive. Also, probably because it is on the second floor, the toilet always smells like sewer, and it doesn't help if the exhaust fan is turned on all the time. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, especially the service staff in the breakfast restaurant. The service is very warm and thoughtful. Overall it is good.

At check-in, the staff greeted us cheerfully. There was also a service to guide me to my room and carry my luggage, so I was able to have a comfortable stay. It had good access to surrounding sightseeing spots, and I was able to walk back to the hotel after eating out in the downtown area. We even received a souvenir at check-out, which made our trip truly enjoyable. (I'm sorry about that because there was a lot of dirt in the bath.)

However, the temperature in the room was always 28 or 29 degrees the next day, and mosquitoes bitten me all night. I couldn't bear it anymore and complained to the front desk the next day. The staff turned on the air conditioner in the computer room in the afternoon. But at night, I turned off the air conditioner in the computer room again, and I woke up at around 12 o'clock because of the heat. There were many mosquito bites, so I complained to the front desk again, and I couldn't sleep well all night. If the epidemic affects the hotel business, it can be closed to the public; but if guests stay, they should ensure the basic facilities. If you can't even provide the most basic facilities, why open a hotel? Will not come again!

臨時起意去揚州遊玩，瀏覽了攜程的好評，以為還不錯。定的25㎡，價格670多，但是房間太小了（比之前我定的同平方數都要小很多），每個房間的過道很窄，看起來非常壓抑。隔音效果很一般，能清楚過道人説話的聲音。前台的服務態度不錯，送了小朋友吃的糖。酒店位置還是很不不錯的，去哪兒打車都很方便。整體很一般的酒店，不推薦

我們的房間正好對着一個小花園，晚上很安靜。房間整潔衞生，服務很熱情，晚上還有送酸奶或者冰紅茶，走的時候還有牛皮糖。位置離各個景點都比較近，打車一般都是起步價，酒店旁邊就是商場，購物也很方便。不過因為在中心地段，五一那天周邊的路就開始堵車了，所以要趕車的人要留出充足的時間。

一定要誇所有遇到的服務人員都熱情的恰到好處，不論是介紹房間，還是揚州的景點。退房還會送牛皮糖，桂花味的是真好吃。 五月去紫藤花已經謝了，但能感受到它開花時的盛大一定很好看！ 房間衞生，還給升房了。地理位置很便利。第二天早上五點半步行怡園吃早飯能選到第二棒的景觀位。 就是這個酒店的名字叫紫藤商務酒店，會讓人以為是很一般的酒店。一定不要誤會！給它一次機會，它真的很不錯。

我住的是三樓2302房大床房，房間桌椅沙發長條凳配置非常合理，長條凳上可以同時放置兩衹打開的行李箱，還很用心地配了一小瓶洗衣粉，按摩床墊有三個功能：助眠、脈動、理療，非常舒服。迎賓服務也很客氣，入住後客房送了兩個光明酸奶和一個小麪包，離店時又送了一袋伴手禮揚州牛皮糖。 酒店就在揚州的市中心文昌閣旁，是以前的揚州地區第二招待所，酒店距離四周的馬路均有100米左右，可謂鬧中取靜，夜晚沒有環境噪音。 物美價廉，不求高檔要求者的上佳選擇。
