設施：好，非常好！
衞生：乾淨，非常乾淨！
環境：安靜，交通方便，非常好！
服務：服務就更沒毛病了，特別是前台服務那是相當熱情，真的好啊！小姐姐顏值，那可壯觀了，長的非常biu得否。
總結一下，這次住宿體驗真的是很好，而且價格親民，也不貴，以後來煙台出差還住這裏：通匯大酒店。

房間環境設施都很不錯，開始訂的時候看評論以為會沒有那麼好，當時身體不舒服，這家離得近，沒管太多就訂了，到了之後發現其實挺好的，沒有評論區説的那些情況出現。沒拍啥圖片，但是衞生和設施確實可以的。
住的14樓，能看到海，煙台山和對面的海港都能看到。
附近有小吃街，很多燒烤，夜晚出來遛彎，吃着燒烤吹吹風，很愜意。
有自助早餐，28一位，種類特別多，餐廳環境也可以。

酒店離火車站挺近的，步行也就6/7分鐘，酒店設施稍微有點舊，但是沒有異味，很乾凈，一看就知道這個酒店開的時間比較長了，前台接待態度非常好，房嫂態度也非常不錯，去景區公交車非常方便，開始住的時候設施有點問題，和前台反應後立馬給換了房間還贈送了早餐券，真的很貼心，超👍贊

電視很好看，但是系統不能投屏，跟朋友看了兩天西遊記👍🏻衞生條件很棒，室內不能抽煙，廁所很乾凈浴室超大！可以寄存行李，前台服務超棒，床很軟活，還有充電器、吹風機、洗手液、沐浴露、洗髮水，大廳香香的！房間門還有防盜鏈

衣櫃裏放了不知道幹什麼用的枕頭和一坨被子，瞬間就感覺房間環境差，窗户還關不緊，漏風噪聲大，早餐的豆漿不知道為什麼味道很奇怪（標簽是現磨，但不是一個味道）
