整體的服務除開一位年紀小小的妹妹以外，其他人員非常教條，一點人性化沒有，前台非常難溝通，特別是“店長”。 酒店環境在當地挺不錯，隔音略差。
入住酒店時因為先上來看房間，覺得無誤以後與“店長”溝通等我開完網上會議下去付入住按金，店長不允許要求我下去先繳納按金（怕我跑了？） 而後是跟我一起確認的小妹跑下來拿店家微信過來給我掃的（再次謝謝這位妹妹，説話温柔也會為客户途便利）
退房時中午12點把發票告訴前台，13:50來退房票還沒開，退按金説給我退現金，我説不了吧我微信付款的你退我微信就好。結果6天過去了，按金沒退還給我，如果不是我今天整理髮票想起來，這按金衹怕就不會退了。 我就奇了怪了，我住的時候你按金一秒都不能耽誤你們玩收，退的時候6天不通知客户？
總結：環境在易縣算還行的，服務是稀爛的。
