Everything was good. The style is slightly outdated, but everything was super clean. They were changing the towels every day, and the staff was very polite.

位置好，出行方便，樓下31路公交既可以到岳陽樓景區，也可以到南湖廣場。房間寬敞，景觀不錯。衞生好。

本來完全可以打滿分的一家酒店，各方面都不錯，衹是前台受管理層要求的一份問卷調查讓我感覺到了酒店管理層出題人員真的很無語，這裏説明一下，不是前台服務有什麼不好，也不是強迫填寫問卷，本來很願意配合的，但是看到問卷中的問題，讓我很是無語，總之問卷的問題可以説每一個都起到了適得其反的作用，所以在服務上扣掉一分

酒店位置很好，旁邊有兩個大商場，有咖啡店，有肯德基，有蛋糕店，有便利店，有夜宵店，馬路對面耶有小吃店。交通也很便利，離岳陽樓也近，岳陽樓值得去走一走。酒店價格也不算貴，環境很好，房間乾淨住的安心，早餐也很豐盛，感謝前台小姐姐幫我升級房間，而且服務態度也很好，推薦入住！！！

帶家人出來旅遊，在網上看了幾家酒店，最後選擇了格蘭雲天，酒店地理位置非常好，周邊吃東西，逛街都很方便，並且距離岳陽樓很近，一個起步價。進入大堂前台辦理入住手續快速且熱情，房間乾淨整潔舒適，早餐也比較豐盛，酒店的洗衣房乾淨，設施齊全，真的特別方便。下次再來岳陽，首選格蘭雲天。

地理位置真好，窗户外面可以看到金鱷公園，雖説是4月份，房間一點都不潮，衞生也挺乾淨，工作人員很有禮貌熱情，早餐不錯。
