Отель в старом советском здании, низкие потолки и ковролин. Завтраки на 4. Старая мебель и вай-фай отваливался пару раз в день.
В остальном очень хорошо, в плане сервиса и отношения персонала - отлично.

The hotel is located in the city center near the railway station and Lenin Square. The building is large and multi-storey. On the ground floor there is a cafe and a lecture hall where we held an event for doctors. The room is large in area with a comfortable double bed, a large work area with a TV and a refrigerator. The room also has a small sofa and a floor lamp. The bathroom has a small bathtub and a safe. Breakfast is served on the first floor. In addition to cheese and cold cuts, there is also porridge, there were fish cakes, meat in sweet and sour sauce, fish stewed in kimchi, very unusual for a hotel breakfast. Overall a good place.

Учли все наши пожелания, расставили кровати как просили. Чисто, тепло, по пребыванию нет никаких минусов. Единственное пожелание в пиковую загрузку (новый год, февраль, март) добавьте 30 минут к завтраку, вы самый восточный регион, у всех гостей есть разница во времени в неудобную сторону. И еще очень странно что до сих пор нет пандуса, это уже не только требование нормативов, но и уровень обслуживания, чемоданы не закатить.

Отличный отель. Просторный номер с двумя большими кроватями, диванчик, журнальный стол, комод, тумбочки, телевизор, шкаф, сплит система на обогрев или охлаждение, в номере мини-кухня с раковиной, холодильником, чайником, микроволновкой, столиком и стульчиками, есть стаканы, кружки, бокалы, тарелочки и чайные ложки. В санузле ежедневно пополняют шампуни, гели, мыло, шапочки. В номере есть тапочки, халатов нет. Завтраки хорошие: колбасы, сыры, хлеб, можно жарить тосты, сливочное масло, огурцы, помидоры, маслины, листья салата, заправки, каши, йогурты, сухие завтраки, молоко, чай, кофе, сливки, соки, омлет, котлеты, сосиски, колбаски, картошка, рис, бульоны, тушеные овощи, выпечка. Перед отъездом охрана разместила на ночь в своем морозильнике наши вкусные свежемороженные покупки. Холодильник в номере наш объем не потянул. Рядом с отелем есть рынок морепродуктов "Успех" на Технике. В пятницу и субботу там работает уличный рынок со свежайшими морепродуктами. Продуктовые магазины, Винлаб, столовая в пешей доступности.

Прекрасная уютнейшая атмосфера отеля позволяет отдохнуть и расслабиться в полную меру. Очень уютные и большие по площади номера позволяют комфортно расположиться с большим количеством вещей. Приезжали кататься на лыжах- все вещи, включая лыжи и ботинки можно было удобно распределить и они не мешали проживанию.Функциональное зонирование площади номера на кухонно-туалетную и жилую зону очень комфортно для длительного пребывания. Отличной оценки достойна сервис- служба. Уборка номера была на высоте - качественно, чисто, всегда вовремя, включая смену постельного белья. И отдельно хочется отметить работу кухни и поваров ! Завтраки -просто замечательные. Интересные качественные блюда достойные ресторанной подачи ! Спасибо большое всему персоналу отеля , включая сотрудников ресепшен, бар-ресторана и охраны за внимательное отношение к гостям отеля !

Приятный персонал. Очень милый номер. Хороший упругий матрац. Мягкое белье. Все для людей )! Очень большой выбор блюд (завтрак). Вкусная еда! Мне очень понравилось. Я не первый раз останавливаюсь в Саппоро. Два раза водитель такси не может проехать из-за закрытого шлагбаума. Начинает кружить. Уходит время на коммуникации. Возникают переживания по поводу опоздания в Аэропорт.
