My sheets smell like dirt the shower was very bad breakfast was not included and on top my tv wasn’t working they said they’ll fix it they never did

Kind and always helpful service at all times. This beautiful hotel is greatly located near walking distance of nearly all the city center. They are always willing to help and find ways to make sure you are safe, happy, and enjoying your stay. Will definitely keep using this hotel for my visits.

La habitación ,muy limpia amplia y ventilada,desde que entras en el callejón se siente que eres bienvenida y como estar en casa segura y bien atendida, el personal muy amable y servicial, después de dejar tu coche en el estacionamiento,vas caminando a todos los lugares mas emblemáticos.

Me encantó, está muy padre el hotel. Hermoso el panorama tiene muchas plantas y una vista maravillosa. El personal es muy atento te atienden muy bien. La limpieza es impecable. Es único detalle es que el estacionamiento es de cupo limitado. Demás todo muy bien.
