The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

Absolutely horrible experience. The hotel's manager and the reception staff do not welcome foreigners. We have filed a formal complaint and expect that the manager will be sanctioned. In the meantime, save yourselves the humiliation and ill treatment and find a different hotel.

The hotel was convenient and well located. The Chinese restaurant is very good and not expensive, it is a very good value for money. The breakfast is decent.

遇到的每個服務人員都會笑着打招呼。第一天我沒提要求，第二天打掃時通過屋裡物品發現我們帶孩子，主動放了小童拖鞋和牙具。衞生方面我感覺沒有死角，尤其衞生間我仔細看過。抽屜裏還有餐墊，吃外賣時可以鋪。窗簾和衞生間的簾子是電動的。自助餐的水果裏，沃柑特別甜，我看大家都不知道拿😂第一天還付費吃了一次自助晚餐（主題是俄羅斯燒烤節），我看當地人去的也不少，價格對比北京來説太便宜了，肉和紅酒不錯，不過啤酒不太行。
缺點是這個時間段房間裏有點熱，和屋外温差略大
PS:孩子對這兩面牆印象深刻，一個是貝殼牆，一個是瑪瑙片牆
