住了好幾天，房間倒是還好還有免費的地下停車庫，衹是服務實在不敢恭維，住了一週，續住的都是大床房，2次換房，還要求前台付款高50多，因為平台上顯示沒有房間，衹能忍辱負重，體驗感真的很不好

很差！（1）在攜程上訂了4個豪華雙床房兩晚，收到成功預訂的訊息！去到酒店入住時有兩個房間沒有！被迫換成普通雙人房！（2）麻雀台開通要80元一晚！第一晚打電話叫前台上來開通，被要求即時付了80元現金！第二晚去看燈光秀沒打算用就沒叫前台上來開通！結果第三天退房時才知道被自動開通了！錢自動從壓金扣掉了！（3）電梯亂七八糟！明明有三個電梯，很多住客等半個多小時也坐不了電梯！大堂三個電梯，1號梯和2號梯是下不了-1地下停車場的！3號梯是上不了5層上的！如果你要從地下停車場上13樓房間！衹能坐3號電梯從-1到樓然後出來再換乘1或2號梯！但酒店沒有指示牌很多住客都在打轉等了半小小時也上不了房間！（4）房間衞生很臟！床底下滿是避孕套袋和紙巾垃圾！
