房間很大，服務很好，住的舒服，像家裡的感覺。投影儀屏幕特別大，民宿位置也很好，吃玩逛都特別便捷。環境也不錯

遺憾忘記拍照片了，住了好多天，樓層高陽光好，主要帶洗衣機，懶人福音，樓下有個音樂燒烤吧美女多哈哈，還有一家的燴麪聽説是老字號麪湯鮮美。重點是房東美女非常nice ，溝通無障礙，期待下次入住。

衞生還行，樓是老的公寓樓，不過整體衞生還不錯。
周邊環境，吃的，玩的也不遠，對面就有一家網咖，很滿意。吃麪，炸雞樓下有，方圓1公里，外賣也很暢捷
服務是屬於全程無接觸的服務，很詳細，攻略給齊，有問必答。
設施：必須重點説下，氛圍感很強，床鋪很軟，真的很軟，很舒服。整個人陷進去，睡覺特別踏實。投影儀很高級，聯想的，真沒幾家酒店用這個，很貴，但是清晰度很高。

在這住了好幾天了，住了好幾次他家的房子了，每一套都很有特點，而且裝修的特別的好，樓下就是地鐵口，出行也很方便，這裏離CBD也很近，會展中心也很近，附近有很多小吃，也有很多吃飯的地方，還可以看電影，簡直太愛這裏了，以後來出差還會一直住他家，強烈推薦
