He even helped us pick up our luggage, but we were a little embarrassed because the luggage was a bit heavy.  The room has Siri-like voice control. Just speak Xiaowei in Mandarin and Xiaowei will help, turning on and off the TV, curtains, lights, etc. But if you don’t speak Mandarin well, you may not be able to follow the instructions. Therefore, if I am not good at Mandarin, I have to say "Xiaowei Xiaowei" a few times, so that I can successfully follow the instructions. The room is a pink car-themed room with a mini tent. You can clock in like crazy. It's a pity that there is only a shower room and no bathtub. (I don’t know if other room types have bathtubs, but I didn’t ask about it at the time, so it’s probably not available) Very suitable for a family to play. The hotel booked this time includes admission tickets to two parks, but they are valid for use during the stay. There is a children's amusement park. Some electric rides are free to play. There are also wave pools and trampolines. However, adults are not allowed to play because children are required to accompany them and there are weight-limiting facilities. However, adults played so much that they didn’t want to leave. There is also an ice and snow sports city. Gotta skate. The place is not big, but if you like skating, it is good because you can rent shoes for free. Clothes are provided for children, but for adults, they can only provide long and thick coats. So bring your own long pants. I just went there and the ice surface was being cleaned for maintenance, so I didn't get to play on the slides. I just took a few laps in the rink and left. The swimming pool will end at about 10 o'clock, I forgot the actual time. However, you must have a swimming cap to enter the water, and swimming caps are also available for purchase. It was already late when we arrived, and the staff told us that it was almost over, and there was very little time left, so we didn’t buy a swimming cap, so we just visited for a while and then left. There is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is worth a visit and has everything you need. There will also be a musical fountain show only at 19:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. It happened that the day of check-in was Saturday and Sunday, so I was lucky enough to see it. The breakfast buffet is quite good. I really like its checkered cake buffet. And many people lined up to make coffee by hand. Because there were so many people, they didn’t get to taste it. A variety of canned sodas are available. Hot milk is provided, but there is no cold milk. I prefer drinking cold milk.

Checking in 1-2 times a week is very convenient with children. The hotel is hygienic and clean. The front desk staff is polite. If you encounter problems, they will solve them immediately without procrastination. The air conditioner is too cold, even if it is set to the softest setting, it is still freezing at night. The children's playground is large and has many kinds of games. Adults and children have a lot of fun. But the staff inside, except for the front desk, didn't seem to wake up. In the end, an extremely unpleasant experience occurred. After my daughter finished rock climbing, when the staff was helping the children to unbuckle the seat belt, the metal part hit her mouth, causing her lips to bleed. Later, we were busy helping the children to clean up in the toilet without saying anything else. . The wound was still there at night. well….. But this experience was very unpleasant and I will call the hotel to complain. I often see staff sitting and playing with their mobile phones or yawning. They also look listless, have no smiles and are not happy with the children. Hotel management needs to pay attention.

The ice and snow park feels average, the amusement park is okay, the breakfast buffet is okay, the dinner buffet is good, and each person is given half a small green dragon. What I am not satisfied with is that I have to pay extra for an extra quilt, there is no spare quilt in the room, and there is no door in the bathroom, so it is very inconvenient to change clothes. Finally, there are no children's slippers. They said they are only available in the in-person room. After communicating with each other, I also got a pair. I think this needs to be improved. The waiter said that many guests have reported this problem. Miss Jin at the front desk provided good service, and overall I am satisfied.

It feels strange to have to pay extra for asking for an extra pair of slippers and toothbrush! But I accept it too! At night, because the room is cold and the air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature, I asked for an extra pair of quilts. I think it is unreasonable that they have to pay. I explained to the front desk clerk that we needed to be covered because the air conditioner could not adjust the temperature, but the front desk colleague explained that we had to pay for it. Instead, we asked the air conditioner to come up and adjust the air conditioner for us. Of course, it didn't work in the end. I patiently and politely communicated with the air-conditioning master and said that it was actually quite reasonable for me to ask for an extra pair of quilts. In the end, the front desk also sent a pair of quilts for us to use. But the process took nearly an hour. And until about one o'clock in the evening. I think the front desk was deliberately trying to make things difficult in this incident, because I explained on the phone that the air conditioner could not be adjusted to a higher temperature, and the on-site technician also explained that it was a central air conditioner and could not be adjusted to a higher temperature, so the front desk deliberately called The air-conditioning man comes up. It was obviously intentional by the front desk service manager. This hotel is a newly opened hotel in Hengqin! After you enter the hotel, you see the boss who is very attentive to building his entertainment kingdom. But his halo is slowly being eroded by the quality of his management. What a pity. But I would also recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children, they will be very happy. As long as you have some mental preparation for management, it will be fine.

The breakfast is very rich, the buffet is also good, and the room is very comfortable. I personally like the decoration of the bathroom, and they also use TOTO bathroom and bath towels, which are not provided by other hotels. When you go out, it is inconvenient to take a shower without a bath ball. If you stay in this hotel, you don't have to worry about this problem at all. It is indeed a super five-star configuration. What's more, the hotel has a ski resort and an amusement park, plus an infinity pool, a gym, etc. You can have a lot of fun without leaving the hotel.

The price was acceptable for the Spring Festival. The hotel lobby is really too big. This hotel is close to the airport, but it is a bit far from the downtown area. The hotel is very clean.
