公寓的入口是一個大排檔，一樓二樓都是大排檔，是一條賣海鮮的街道。房間裏面的衞生間是蹲廁，房間裏面的的地毯比公廁的**，床底下就更驚喜了，那床單跟被子比大排檔的桌布還舊，這環境我覺得天橋底睡都比這裏強。訂了3間房，實在啃不下，跟老闆説可不可以退房，老闆説這是你的事情，已經過了入住時間，我可以幫你賣出去，房間一分鐘都沒住到，純粹就放了一下行李出去吃個飯回來，一分錢沒退。後來連夜打的車去斯維登精品公寓訂了房220元一晚。

破爛不堪、臟亂差、好像很久沒有搞過衞生了，到處是灰尖，地板黑乎乎的、水壺積滿灰塵不知多久沒用過了、樓下是大排檔，油煙味直湧上來，根本𣎴隔聲，半夜下面的吆喝聲此起彼伏，根本不可能睡覺。電視是幾十年前的那種，開不了，小孩子吃個泡麪衹能在床上，根本沒有椅子和桌子，衞生間更是讓人噁心。攜程平台嚴重失職，不把關，這種不是人住的店也推出來……非常噁心、難以接受的一次住宿。提出退房要求，老闆不給。

房間很乾凈整潔，性價比不錯。酒店有個户外平台，可以曬衣服哦。老闆態度特別熱情。入住時就會介紹長隆地圖以及遊玩注意事項，最重要的是強調遇到困難找他求助，他會幫忙解決，比較暖心☺️，是個特別細心的老闆。公寓地點離長隆很近，旁邊有個步行街，都是好吃的。對面是橫琴碼頭，溜達幾步可以遠遠的看到澳門。

本來想着離長隆近，結果是飯館後面的公寓，後廚味道很重，三樓沒有電梯。關鍵房間潮濕伴有臭味，廁所難以直視。湊合住一晚都忍不了的那種，直接走了，沒有住，可惜房費不給退，周邊有很多更好的也三百多，謹慎。

一位置跟着導航很好找一眼就看到了，很多車卻正好有個車位。很慶幸。之前看評論説沒有電梯，老闆説樓層總共3樓，可以幫忙拿行李，感覺挺好的，結果去了1-2樓都是大排檔大廳那種，是從排檔邊上樓梯3樓才是客房，總共就那一層。2房間訂的親子房，就是2張床拼在一起的，房間寬就是2張床大小，幸好我們沒有什麼行李。確實是緊湊了點。3廁所漏水一晚上都很吵，直接關了水才行。窗户全是灰塵和小泥沙。最破防線的是衹有2個床單，沒有被子，沒有被子，沒有被子‼️❗️因為孩子小找老闆要，老闆問要薄的還是厚的，結果厚的還是那個床單説沒有被子，你可以把空調調高。。。🙄就這樣還335，真的連招待所的50都不如，就是加上地理位置這個價格都沒有任何性價比，如果不去臨時來又晚，又2小孩真的會換掉。4唯一貼心就是我們晚上12點左右到，老闆提前開了空調。
