客服服務非常好，還給了免費的早餐卷，位置好，附近就是南屏夜市，非常方便，附近有華都商城，吃飯，購物，看電影都很方便

出差需要經常住酒店，也住了不少城市便捷。這個城市便捷是體驗感最差的。酒店隔音效果可以説差到不能再差。隔壁有個野貓ktv，凌晨一兩點在營業，戴着耳機都可以聽到那邊麥克風的嚎叫聲。打12345還處理的還沒效果，一樣吵。我就想問那個KTV是不是有什麼後台？導致你們不敢重處理！前台上來聽過了，給的答覆就是：噪音不是我們酒店引起的，沒辦法處理哦！連換個房間的説法都沒有！房間內也是陰暗潮濕，裝修十分老舊。酒店應該還是和老式洗腳按摩店一起的吧，一出三樓電梯，我以為自己走錯了，到了10年的那種裝修洗腳店。我的行程從來是不評價的，這次真的是我忍無可忍。總而言之，珠海這個城市給我的印象真的太差了！！！

總體都很滿意，一進酒店大廳就聞到一股香味，前台服務態度熱情，酒店房間也很乾凈整潔，床躺上去也很舒服，還送了我一張早餐票，早餐挺不錯的，還有免費的停車場，挺滿意的。
