Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

Before staying this hotel, I read some negative reviews on cleanliness and service. Therefore, I am worried about it. However, the actual experience was totally different. The room was very clean and huge. The cleaner definitely did a great job. Not only that, the warm welcome especially from the bellboy staff were great. One of the night shift staff (Lionel) went to the extra mile to help us order food delivery because our overseas number cant do so. I hope they can keep up standard and hope to stay there again.

Highly recommend this hotel to international or domestic people who came to ZhuHai for vacation and touring the bordering cities (Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai). It is very inexpensive and yet the service and facility is all 5 star level quality. We had a great time staying 3 nights at this hotel. The bed is so comfortable (they allow change of pillow too). The breakfast buffet is delicious and has a great variety of food to choose from. The staff are all very friendly. We loved everything about this hotel. =)

The staff at Charming are generally friendly and attentive throughout our stay. My husband was looking for hot Americano at 10pm last night but there wasn’t a single cafe around the area after walking round. When we approached the front desk for help, Mr Howard Zheng and his staff Diana/Dana (new foreigner staff whom I didn’t quite get her name) were ready to help. They personally took the initiative to lead my husband and I through the streets to an alley where there was still a cafe opened till 11pm and we enjoyed our cup of Americano. Mr Howard even gave us his contact before leaving and offered to come and guide us back to the hotel if we needed help. That’s what I called Superb service !

Air conditioner: Midea air conditioner, why is the cooling effect problematic, but the wind direction is towards the bedside, which is not very friendly. 3.5 points. Projection: The resolution is between 720 and 1080. The resolution needs to be adjusted every time it is turned on (the two buttons on the bottom right of the remote control). The projection network speed is okay. The screen lags once or twice in more than an hour. If you use the software on the projector to play it directly, there will be almost no lag. It’s quite refreshing to lie down and watch movies and variety shows at night after washing up. 5 points. Bedding: The big pillow is too high and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillow is too small. . The bed is very comfortable, moderately soft and firm. The quilt was a bit hot and felt a bit not breathable. Overall 4 points. Washing: The water flow is very strong and the hot water comes out quickly. Thumbs up. The hair dryer is also beautiful and quite satisfactory. The shower gel and shampoo are of average texture and are enough for a simple wash. The large bottles always feel a bit unhygienic. Noise: I can hear people talking in the corridor, and the tram alarm downstairs is also very clear. No one is occupying the two rooms next to it, so the soundproofing of the rooms is unclear.

I have always believed in the level of several hotels under the Accor Group. Although it has now become a subsidiary of  Huazhu, this ibis was better when it was booked at the time. I did not hesitate to choose. It did not disappoint me. Although the hotel is not big, it is very new and very delicate. The service at the front desk was very good. I saw that the adjacent room we arranged for us and gave us an upgrade to one of the rooms. The layout is very good. There are some. I sleep and I don’t feel very depressed. The screen projection TV looks very comfortable. At the same time, the water pressure is also very high when taking a bath.  Ctrip points redeemed for breakfast. This price is very good. The breakfast tastes quite good. The location is also good. It is close to Gongbei Port. The only downside is that the elevator  ~ It is not convenient to go up and down. Sometimes you have to give a seat to the robot 😂

Very nice service apartment in a modern high rise building home to two other high end hotels. Our room was more like a hotel room than a service apartment but it was very modern, clean and comfortable. Location-wise, it’s situated away from the Zhuhai station area and requires a quick taxi ride from the station as the city doesn’t have a metro or underground transit network. The main mode of public transportation in Zhuhai is a bus (1 RMB per trip) or rental app bicycles (3.5 RMB for first 30 minutes then 2 RMB for every subsequent 30 minutes). There are plenty of local shops and eateries around and it’s a decent location for getting around the town if you want to visit different areas. Would definitely stay here again.

The boss is very good. I went downstairs at 11 o'clock. I called the boss to check in (check in at 2 pm), but the room was full and there was no guest to check out. I waited downstairs for a while. The boss had a room and called us to check in immediately. The room was very clean. It is also very spacious and the location is very suitable. After lunch break, we went to the nearby barbecue restaurant (recommended by Xiaohongshu), and went to the Xueji restaurant in Xiawan Night Market (also recommended by Xiaohongshu), these places are not far from the hotel. I am very satisfied with riding a shared bicycle to ～, hehe

The apartment was in a prime location, 5 mins walk to the lively Fuhuali and Jiuzhou Avenue shopping areas, where I enjoyed a variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The apartment was also easy to reach from the Gongbei Port and the Jiuzhou Port by car. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive to my messages. The room was large, bright, and tidy, with a simple and elegant design. The room had a TV, an air conditioner, and a private bathroom. The bed was cozy and the bedding was fresh and clean. The hotel offered disposable towels and toiletries, as well as a hair dryer and a razor. The only minor issue was that the reception was on the 10th floor, which was not very obvious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable and convenient place to stay in Zhuhai.
