Before staying this hotel, I read some negative reviews on cleanliness and service. Therefore, I am worried about it. However, the actual experience was totally different. The room was very clean and huge. The cleaner definitely did a great job. Not only that, the warm welcome especially from the bellboy staff were great. One of the night shift staff (Lionel) went to the extra mile to help us order food delivery because our overseas number cant do so. I hope they can keep up standard and hope to stay there again.

It was perfect for the price, suited me just right as I like a quiet area with a view. The room size was good, comfortable bed and a nice cleaning lady. Great area for running/walking/cycling or fishing as the river is outside the window. New shopping mall only 10 minutes walk away. The Qianshan area is opposite Huafa and has a lot to offer.

Hyatt Place is especially worthy considering the rate that it charges which is 50% less than renaissance hotel is a stone's throw away. Both are located near each other and I had stayed in both hotels. The good thing about Hyatt Place is its comparative advantage as it is priced much lesser than renaissance and is enjoying the same proximity to similar attractions along the *****.

The room design of this hotel is quite modern and new. One complaint is that there is no luggage rack in the room. You need to open your luggage on the floor. Another complaint is that because the hotel is next to a sky train railway but the sound proof of the wondows is not so effective, you can hear noise when the trains go by. Therefore, it may not be good for guests who are sound sensitive when sleeping. Breakfast has only limited choice but the taste is ok. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is a shopping centre next to the hotel and you may find a supermarket in the basement of this shopping centre. It is good to the travellers.

I came to Zhuhai for a business trip and chose this hotel for one night. The room was spacious and the decoration style was very good. I could see the appearance of some cities at night. I also slept very well and quiet. The front desk of the hotel was very warm and the price was affordable. I climbed a small hillside before leaving Zhuhai. I saw the appearance of Xiangzhou City, and I went to the beach of Lovers Road. I have to say that Zhuhai's bus system is quite developed. No matter where you go, it is 1 yuan. It is very convenient to go to Lovers Road or some city scenic spots from the hotel! This business trip, by the way, take a walk in Zhuhai, it is very good! Nice hotel near to Nanping Town and the industrial park. Unfortunately given a smoking room on a smoking floor. Very smelly. Strong cigar odor in the corridor the whole 3 days we were there. Room also had stale cigarette smell. Plenty of food nearby. Self check in kiosk available
