If the destination is outside of this range, you will receive an email and your booking will be canceled. If your destination is far away, please call Ctrip first. Ctrip will select a hotel within free pickup/drop-off range and offer you a quotation for hotels in areas beyond the free pickup/drop-off range. Money can be paid directly to the driver.
After your booking is confirmed, Ctrip will email you an English reservation voucher containing pickup information. Please print a copy or save it as a picture and present it to your driver. You will receive final pickup information before 18:00 one day before your depature date. In the event that no driver is available, your booking will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
Free Waiting Period:
1. Pickup－Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes for free after your flight arrives. After 1 hour, extra fees will apply.
2. Drop-off－Your driver will wait up to 10 minutes at your designated pick-up destination for free.
* Please note: If you do not arrive during waiting time and cannot be contacted, you will miss your car and receive no refund.
Cancellation & Modification:
1. Free cancellation only available at least 3 days in advance of your departure date. No refund will be granted for cancellations made after this time.
2. Modification not accepted after booking. If you want to modify your booking, please cancel it at least 3 days in advance of your departure date and rebook.
Pickup Greeting Service:
Your driver will wait at the arrivals area holding a Welcome Board after your flight arrives.
Airport Welcome Board: (for reference only)
1) One way airport pickup/dropoff, to/from downtown, with pickup greeting service
2) Price includes any road tolls, parking fees etc. If your driver charges extra money for these costs, you will be reimbursed double the amount.
Other costs not directly related to car service (including attraction tickets and overtime waiting charges) not included.
1.Your driver only speaks Chinese. Please contact Ctrip if you need assistance in English.
2.Please ensure personal and travel information is entered correctly. Ctrip will not refund any losses that result from incorrect or missing information.
3.Currently payment is only accepted by credit card. Once payment clears, Ctrip will send you a confirmation email with your booking details. If payment fails, your booking will automatically be canceled. In order to process your payment smoothly, we highly recommend you inform your bank about this transaction in advance.
4.Stopovers and detours not permitted. If you need to get in and out of the car several times, please specify your destinations in separate bookings.
5.Babies and children count as passengers even if they do not require their own seat.
6.Passenger and baggage capacity varies between cars. Please double check your selection to ensure it is suitable for your needs. Ctrip will not be responsible if your selection does not meet your requirements.
7.If you're traveling to a hard to reach place (such as a mountain, forest, island, desert etc.) your driver will take you to the nearest convenient location.
8.Please make sure to take all your personal items with you before you leave the vehicle. If you happen to leave something behind, please call the emergency phone number on your reservation voucher. If your driver is not able to assist at the time, please contact Ctrip. Please note that Ctrip cannot be held responsible for the losses of any of your personal belongings.

- Each child must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
- Prices for group products are fixed. For private products, the bigger the group the lower the price per person.
