下午2點左右到的，前台服務很熱情，去中國温泉博物館洗温泉給打了五折。房間的枕套、毛巾、紙巾等5點多打電話才送來。就算是旺季，服務也應該跟上吧，習慣好評！

真的是差的不能再差了，作為旅遊城市阿爾山一線酒店，冬季阿爾山最貴的酒店之一，你不能讓賓客有賓至如歸的感受，最起碼你把衞生做好了吧，那床單你們換過麼？電視是雪花電視？牆上是你們故意弄上去的裝飾品？真不知道酒店經營者怎麼想的，弄着這一幫敷衍了事的人在這裏

温泉酒店內部沒有温泉設施，需要另外付費，而且在酒店外面，需走7、8分鐘的路，打5折後付費149元/人、次，我們放棄了。因為趕上下雨天，房間裏內冷沒有暖風，晚上蓋一條被子居然凍醒了。餐廳的飯菜也不順口，雞肉和豬肉都咬不動，尤其是酒店服務人員和房客一起在餐廳用餐，大聲説笑旁若無人……這樣的酒店不會再來了。

酒店雖然説比較年頭久，設施比較舊，但是衞生很好，服務也很好，淋浴直接接的就是温泉水，洗上很舒服，去泡温泉還可以半價，很不錯，推薦

設備設施真的很爛，衣櫃爛了個窟窿也沒人處理，毛巾也是爛的，馬桶沖完水半個小時馬桶還咕咕響，窗簾還不遮光，七百多的房價連瓶礦泉水都沒有，衞生間的水還流得不順暢，浴室全是水垢，太爛太不值了
